  Recieved a quote for a roof repair/replacement of roughly 400 square feet & was quoted nearly $12,000. $30 a square foot. They never got back to me when I reached out several times with questions. Absolutely do not recommend.

  There is no way that the positive review from for this company are real. My mother contracted Bachman's for a quote on new roof, siding, facia, soffit and gutters. The issues started with the pushy salesman they sent. At first, he just seemed like a nice guy, but the reality is he lied to my mother and father right from the begging. 1. The salesman made it seem as though union level workers (not in the union but very experienced) would show up to do the installation. What showed up was a group of South Americans that didn't speak any English and didn't care about the working done. 2. My parents told him they wanted the item replaced not changed. Nothing was the same. The siding isn't the same as the was already installed. They installed soffit that is not the same. Changed the colors of the drip edge. Did not install a gutter guard that is comparable to the existing one. There are a lot of complaints against them about these kinds of shady sales practices with elderly individuals like my parents. We would be fine with this if the work was done well. But there are numerous workman ship quality issues are still present they refuse to return to repair. 1. The gap between the gutters and facia in multiple locations. 2. Nails in the face of the siding and drip edge in multiple locations. 3. The gutter guards do not allow sufficient liquid to pass through even when cleaned out. 4. Installed a piece of flashing on the ends that is bent upwards. 5. Did not connect the ground wires to the flood lights and left the wire nut connections outside the construction box. 6. Screwed the flood light into the soffit instead of construction box. 7. My mother called them in the winter about ice buildup on the gutters/guards. They have lived in this house since it was built new and this never happened in the past. They sent an employee that looked at it but did nothing. If you value your time and money avoid Bachman's at all costs.

  Our experience with Bachmans Roofing was incredibly disappointing and honestly felt like a high-pressure sales operation rather than a professional roofing company. First, the salesperson they sent out openly admitted he has never actually installed a roof. Yet he spent FOUR hours inside our home walking through every single room with a flashlight, pointing out completely unrelated “issues” and blaming them on our roof. At one point he claimed that condensation on our bathroom walls after a morning shower was caused by our roof. When I asked if installing a new roof would magically fix all these issues, he confidently said yes, which is simply ridiculous. After this marathon appointment, we were given a quote of $18,000 for a small townhouse roof. We told him upfront we weren’t looking to spend more than $10,000. What followed was nearly another hour and a half of sales games. He repeatedly went out to his truck so we could “discuss,” then came back in with another price or “discount.” Each time he returned he gave us less time to talk privately, which felt like a classic pressure tactic to rush us into a decision. We were pushed heavily on “same-day savings” and other supposed discounts and told we had to put down $1,245 immediately as a deposit to lock it in. Then, an hour after he left, he called back saying he “did the math wrong” and suddenly needed an additional $3,000 deposit!! At that point we knew something wasn’t right and decided to cancel. We sent both a signed cancellation form and an email the very next morning. Even after doing everything properly, it took MULTIPLE phone calls and FOUR WEEKS to finally get our deposit refunded. Honestly, if we hadn’t kept following up, I’m not convinced we would have ever seen that money again. Also worth noting: despite presenting themselves as a premium roofing company, basic roofing components like ice and water guard were listed as add-ons.   This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor who came so highly recommended. From start to finish it was a nightmare. From the 3 sale reps I dealt with to the installer not having the colors we choose for the roof. To the gutter installer following suit with not having the gutter color we choose from the beginning. I asked to several time to speak to someone in charge and I still haven’t received a phone call.

  Received an estimate from this company that was flawed, incorrect, close to $60,000 dollars for what other contractors were charging under $30,000 for. I was "shocked" at the insane price! Whatever you do, get "multiple" estimates if you're considering home projects.

  My experience with Bachman’s Roofing was spectacular and I would highly recommend this company! The experience started with meeting Jeremy, who was so informative and knowledgeable. He competently explained what was going on with my roof, and then spent time showing me how the new roof would be installed. I was not pressured at all through the presentation, and I felt very comfortable asking questions. Once I signed the contract, which thoroughly explained the materials and workmanship, I heard from Gina. She worked with me to set up the work, stayed in contact me throughout the day of the job to make sure things were going well, and followed up with photos after the job was completed. She was delightful and informative. Finally, the actual work day began with meeting the project manager, Dan and the work crew. The roofers were so thorough. They were responsible and respectful of me and my property and my neighbors. From the old roof coming off, the installation of the new roof, and the cleanup after completion, the work crew was reliable and hard-working. I could not have been more appreciative and pleased with the whole experience.

  Albert was very friendly and Informative and professional. Dave Williamson was also very nice and courteous as was the install team. Devon was extremely helpful with the final walk through and finalization. All in all a hell of a team that did a hell of a job on my roof.

  Great job on my siding job. Devin was very helpful and Dave and Dan helped coordinate a couple last minute corrections and improvements. They did a great job accommodating, working around and correcting a lot of the issues that come with doing this kind of work on a 100 year old home. Devin even helped me with a free door repair!
