I was disappointed with my experience with this roofing company. The communication was not great, and I felt the service did not meet my expectations. There were also issues with the quality of the work and follow-up. I would recommend getting everything in writing and comparing other roofing companies before making a decision.

I was shocked at my experience after reading the good reviews here. Have a leaking roof that needs repair. I set up a time for them to come look at it. I took off work to be home and they never showed up. No phone call no nothing. If you aren’t interested in the job that’s completely fine but don’t waste my time.

Jake.I didn't realize my text didn't go through that I sent you..I told you about the problem we had on the job we whee on and can we reschedule for tomorrow..I got up for work at 6 am. and I check my messages expecting a sure no problem..so instead I see this 1 star review...it was a honest mistake and I still would have no problem stopping out..I am a small company and I admit I try to do to much myself because I don't trust others to do it corry...but I don't think a 1 star is fair...I can still help you..and I didn't know where I was in hellertown didn't get a signal until the following day ...I'm not mad or upset..I can still help if you need me .again I deeply apologize ..

I called Stormtrooper Roofing after a heavy rain revealed a leak into the house. They were able to come out the same day and check the cause, and provide a quick estimate that was completely resonable. The repair was done quickly, with a through explanation and how on the roof itself of why it leaked due to some popped nails. I know I will need a replacement done soon and will be going back to them shortly for this work as well.

Mike and Joe came quickly to inspect the roof and worked with me on pricing and payments to make it happen. Roof was replaced and my concerns were taken care of.

Really glad Mike and Joe could make this work for you. Getting out quickly to do the inspection and then finding a payment plan that fit your situation, that is exactly how a roof replacement should go. No one should have to put off a project like that because of upfront cost concerns. Stormtrooper Roofing appreciates you taking the time to share this, and we are happy the new roof and all your concerns got taken care of. If you ever have questions down the road or know someone in Allentown dealing with roof issues, send them our way.

Called Stormtrooper Roofing as a Catasauqua, PA homeowner after noticing the shingles at the base of my chimney coming undone. They came out quickly for an assessment and caught that the previous roofing company had never installed proper flashing back in 2020 — just shingles adhered to the chimney base. The crew was out the following week, did a great job, and the price was very reasonable. Honest, fast, and quality work. Highly recommend!

I bought my house a few years ago and the inspector told me that the roof was about 10 years old. When water started leaking through the light fixtures upstairs I realized the inspector was wrong. It was hard to sleep at night knowing there was an active leak in my roof. After getting a few quotes I decided to hire Stormtrooper Roofing. I just got a good vibe from these guys. They took care of everything, completed the job same day, and cleaned up the lawn to look better than before they started. I still haven’t found any stray nails. I’m sleeping much better now that the job is done. If you ever have a chance to hire Stormtrooper Roofing, don’t hesitate!
