You really should NOT let old men with road rage drive your company vehicles. As I was leaving Dunking this morning 10/2/25 at 8:30am, someone else was turning into the Dunkin parking lot from Hamilton Blvd. I witnessed your company truck …

Really rude. I called and left a message asking if they do tarps. They returned my call the next day and the lady proceeded to interrupt and not even let me explain what I needed. They just “don’t do that kinda stuff” if you don’t do tarps, …

We are sorry for your experience and we will definitely work on our communication moving forward. After reviewing the recorded call, you stated that you needed tarp service for “your client”. Our office manager, who you spoke to simply stated “that we do not do that here”. I have discussed this with our team so that we can provide better communication regarding services not provided. Thanks!

I am sorry for your experience and I appreciate the feedback! All reviews, positive and negative, help us grow. After reviewing the recorded calls and your file, it looks like we repaired your roof almost 3 years ago. Because of the nature of roofing, condition and age of your roof, and the bad craftsmanship that originally caused the leak in the first place, the repairs only had a one year warranty. We also tried calling you back several times.

Repair lasted less than 2 years and now they only do new roofs.

Replaced flat roof in one day. Also did a great clean up job. Price was reasonable.

ETA: I had the roof on the house replaced and the process, work, and communication was not quite as satisfactory as the first time. My driveway was also damaged by the dumpster and this was not rectified. Call it 3.5 stars. Original review: Extremely happy with the job East Penn Roofing did replacing my garage roof. The estimate was thorough, professional, individualized, and very reasonable. The crew arrived as scheduled and worked quickly and efficiently. All my questions were answered and concerns addressed promptly and politely. Will definitely think of this company first when I need roof services in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

East Penn Roofing just completed our roof a few weeks ago. They did an outstanding job! From quotation, to installation, to clean up, they were professional, efficient, and thorough. They offered some affordable options that really make our roof stand out. The crew was courteous and respectful. Clean up was meticulous. The finished product was impressive!

Jacob was great, came out and provided an estimate and was very straight forward. On the day of the service the crew got everything done and cleaned up the same day.

East Penn Roofing was easy to work with from start to finish. I got more than 5 quotes total, and East Penn was by far the most fair and offered way more detailed explanation than other companies. The communication was great from the day they came out to quote until the day of the roof repair and even after. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. 10/10 company and customer service

His crew came out and we're so professional and courteous and did a great job. I would highly recommend East Penn for all your roofing needs.

Can’t say enough about how positive the experience with East Penn Roofing was. Having an ice dam on the roof and some water leaking in was stressful. Josh and team were prompt with clearing my roof. They took extra care to cover plantings and clear the snow and ice that fell down. Shout out to Alfonso and the team who braved the cold and my steep roof! I will have East Penn Roofing back out in warmer weather to check the roof and plan for next winter!

Excellent work and an excellent experience all around. From the estimate with Jacob in the beginning , to the communication between Kat in the office and myself throughout the project, to Josh the owners expertise, involvement and presence on the job site, and their whole teams hardwork and attention to detail. The job was completed in the time frame they gave me, they always addressed any questions I had along the way, and went above an beyond maintaining a top notch quality of work while dealing with weather and working around other projects going on at the same time. I will recommend them to everyone in the future!!
