I can’t say enough about the great customer service Rusty and his team provide. And the quality of the work is great. I had a last-minute issue with some work being done on our pergola today and Rusty responded and sent his team over to help out with the situation immediately. I can’t thank him enough for that quick response.

Patriot roofing was an excellent choice. They were always on time and didn't leave until the task was complete. If there were any question, Jimmie was always available and took care of any concerns. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends. Thanks for the great experience.

Guy and Eric were fantastic. They helped me get the insurance claim after the insurance company refused to accept there are hail damages to the roof. The process went very smooth. The customer service didn’t end after the roof installation. Guy and Eric stopped by couple of times to make sure everything in order and made sure the yard is clean too. Had a small issue with one of the vents after few months, and Guy was here immediately after my short text. Absolutely happy with their service and highly recommend if you like to have a trouble free service.

Patriot was highly recommended by my counterparts where I work in the IT/Business Consulting world where they installed roofs for 3 other houses also heavily damaged in recent hail/wind storms in the Flower Mound area. In our business our success is based on delivery and how we finish. Eric, Rusty and Les 100% stepped up in everyway possible to make sure all was done to perfection and meeting everything that was initially agreed upon with our insurance coverage. We are grateful for the referral and 100% recommend Patriot Roofing DFW. Thanks guys and open to share our experience OTP!

They went above and beyond for us. They came back after the roof installation to make sure they had picked up every last nail on the ground. They handled most of the insurance issues so it was headache free for us and our roof looks great! Highly recommend.

Fantastic company! Eric, Ema, Guy, and Rusty made the process simple and convenient. Beyond the patience required to stay in touch, they displayed tremendous class. They worked with my insurance company to make sure I got full value and a new roof. The choices were simple, the billing easy, and the results spectacular. I cannot recommend them enough!

James, we can’t thank you enough for your graciousness. And your daughter participating in sweeping the nails with the magnet was priceless!
