  Wasted my time. Wouldn't even get me a quote for the work.

  Sometimes although it's rare I am so busy with full replacement roofs from all of the referrals and happy return customers that I get I am temporarily unable do any small repairs. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Sometimes although it's rare I am so busy with full replacement roofs because of all the referrals and happy return customers that I get I just don't have the time for small repairs. Good luck to you!

  Patrick's Roofing did a great job on my roof. This is the second time I have used them. Customer service is awesome with Patrick on the job to answer questions. They tarped around the house and protected the flower beds. Maybe this is common, but they took a leaf blower and cleaned out the gutters. They also lowered the rain bonnet over my water heater roof jack to cover where the pipe comes thru the jack, without telling them to. Also spent time caulking around the chimney flashing. Awesome work and professionalism. Will use them again.

  Patrick put a new roof on our place back in 2020 and did an excellent job. We had a concern about the roof after the ice storm and he came out personally to check on it free of charge. He’s honest, genuine and professional.

  What a great company to work with. They did an initial inspection and walked me thru the entire process. The thing I liked about them the most is that they kept me well informed every step of the way. I was very satisfied with the materials and workmanship. The crew was punctual, professional and courteous. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with PATRICK'S ROOFING ! If you use them you will not be disappointed..

  I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Patrick’s Roofing was so noteworthy that I really want to share it. It’s a little odd, because I’m writing to brag on the fact that he did NOT sell me a roof, even though the insurance company that recommended him had sent an inspector that said I needed an entire roof replacement (which has triggered them to cancel my policy). Patrick thoroughly inspected my roof himself (after arriving exactly when he said he would) and after finding NO need to replace the roof, offered to stay and talk to the insurance representative on the phone and wrote out a detailed, comprehensive explanation for me to email to Allstate. He also offered to come BACK and meet with the previous inspector (the one who said I needed an entire roof replacement) to have him point out what had prompted that decision. He could easily have simply echoed what the original inspector said, and walked away with a signed contract, but he didn’t. He also could have simply left after sharing his findings with me (I know he had a busy schedule for the day), but he acted like helping me resolve this was the only thing he had to do. It’s sad that his honesty, integrity, and willingness to go the extra mile to help when he wasn’t getting paid a cent is so shocking. The world needs more people like him!

  Patrick (Owner) is very much involved into daily operations of the Family owned business. He and his entire Team from Project Management to the actual Installers are very Professional, Courteous, and more importantly Customer Satisfaction driven. Patrick been my Roofer since I bought my first home in 2002. Patrick started his Business with him only working my neighborhood and now after 23yrs he has Teams, yet he continues to get his hands dirty being in the roof, running parts, etc. Always fair on his pricing and always fair on Warranty claims. Essentially no hassle/pushback when it comes to Warranty Claims. Patrick's actions (along with his Teams) clearly portray the importance of Customer Satisfaction regarding their services.

  For decades, I’ve worked with individuals offering their services. Patrick is the real deal. He is straightforward yet humble, follows through on his promises, knows his craft, and takes pride in his experienced team and process. Once the roof was installed, there was no evidence in the yard, driveway, or walkways that it had been replaced. Patrick’s Team leaves the yard spotless. I’m grateful to my neighbors, Steve and Susan, for the referral.
