  I would not recommend Parsons Roofing based on our experience. We paid for a completely new roof, and within one week of completion, it started leaking. Parsons came out and supposedly fixed the issue, but because we did not have much rain for about a month, we had no way of knowing the problem was still there. Once the rain started again, the leak came right back, which made it clear the original issue was never fully resolved. For a brand new roof to leak that quickly is unacceptable, especially when the issue appears to be related to their workmanship. They came out several times but were never able to fully identify or resolve the problem. We were originally working with Erich, who was helpful, but then he was no longer with the company. Our information was passed to the owner, Jay, who was supposed to follow up. After multiple attempts to reach him during rainy season, he finally called back only to say they had already come out several times and would not be honoring the workmanship warranty. This was a very expensive roof, and the leak ended up costing us even more. The lack of accountability, poor follow through, and refusal to stand behind their work was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not trust Parsons Roofing to honor their warranty or protect such a major investment.

  Mathew was awesome, professional and experienced. I am satisfied that finally I dont to feel scared of any leaks or malfunctioning after the roof is replaced. He is good at what he does!!!

  Parsons is the only commercial roofing company you need a quote from. Professional, priced fairly, and most importantly, honest. I was referred to them by another business and I’ll be referring them to everyone else from now on!

  Parsons Roofing took on a huge job at my work. We went from it raining inside the bathroom to storms passing by with a much quieter roof. I highly recommend this company for their customer service, expertise and attention to detail. Thank you Andy and your Team!!

  I was extremely pleased from start to finish with Parsons Roofing. Internal building diagnostic was extremely thorough to determine where the leaks originated. Technician was timely, professional, and knowledgeable. Detailed roof pictures were presented to explain damage. Repair technicians were extremely professional and punctual. Repairs were completed in a day and again photos were provided to show all of the repairs. Account Manager, Michael Carsley ensured that all questions were answered and that the repairs were completed to my satisfaction. Price was fair and I would recommend their service to other commerical size companies.

  Mike Carsley walked through every step of the process to get our roof in the best shape that it has been in quite a few years. Really appreciate all his hard work. The best part is Mike has followed up every step of the way to make sure that the job was done to our satisfaction.

  I had the pleasure to work with Parson’s roofing on a commercial roof leak that was persistent after many failed repairs. Micheal was my point of contact and I couldn’t be happier with the service, professionalism, and prompt communication the whole way through, he did a fantastic job. They did great work on the repair as well, all in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again for other repairs down the road.
