Possibly the worst roofing experience I’ve ever had. They had to come out 3 times to make repairs to their own brand new roof. They first blamed gutter guys, then the manufacturer. Manufacture told me it was not their issue. Poor workmanship, missed appointments, owner ignored almost all messages due to “traveling the world”…I’ve had 3 roofs and 3 different contractors over the years, frog roofing was by far the worst. I had 2 of their other customers in my neighborhood also call with complaints.

I had Frog Roofing LLC replace the roof on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They installed a Class 4 roof that adds both durability and insurance savings. During the project, they discovered an issue with my heater exhaust cap and took care of it right away, which showed their commitment to doing the job right. The crew was professional, courteous, and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was done. The roof looks great, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Frog Roofing LLC for anyone needing a reliable roofing company.

Trust is definitely a deal breaker especially with roofing. These guys are very trust worthy and clear about what is good and bad with my roof. There were minor fixes required with my roof. Roofer gave me pictures and explained the need of those fixes and completed the fixes with minimal charge at the same time. I definitely recommend Frog Roofing.

We have huge wind storm in Frisco area, and my roof shingles got ripped off and weekend weather forecast is rain. Nikhil immediately scheduled a visit and showed up on time, which was crucial given the impending rain and potential for further damage to your roof. All other companies ruined my time with lot of silly questions, pictures, scheduling estimate visits, enquire about materials/gathering, too much of process. Unlike other companies that required multiple steps like pictures, estimates, and material inquiries etc. He offered the best price and method of installation, demonstrating his knowledge about house upgrade projects and providing the best quotes in the North Dallas area. His worker performed a high-quality installation, ensuring that roof was properly fixed. He went above and beyond by removing blockers from your gutters, a task we were unaware of, thus preventing potential gutter issues. Nikhil is first contact for any upgrades/fixes for having reliable, knowledgeable.
