Awful experience. They did not use a catch all system. They stomped all over my roses and other plants. They left nails and debris everywhere even after their second clean up visit. Communication with insurance was unclear. Edit update: roof was replaced in May. They broke a horse skull that they said they would replace. It is now September and the replacement skull was delivered. They did not even replace it with an actual replacement. They ordered a fake skull. Literally cant even handle replacing something they broke....

Samantha, thank you for taking the time to talk with me earlier today. I'm not happy this was your experience with your roofing project. This is an opportunity for team to reflect and improve for our future clients. You have my cell phone number if you ever have questions or need anything. - Andrew

We’ve called Andrew and this roofing company multiple times and for different houses, and every experience has been excellent. At this point, they’re the first people we think of when we need anything roofing-related. We appreciate how they make everything easy. They’re always friendly, responsive, honest, and genuinely care about doing a great job. We’ve always felt like they treated our homes as if they were their own, and they’ve gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us each time we’ve needed them. We’re incredibly grateful to have found a roofing company we can rely on time and time again. Thank you for always taking such great care of us and our homes! We truly appreciate Andrew and we recommend Palladium to our family, friends, and anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust. A+ all the way! ❤️🏠⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

John Mashaney and his team are the best! John is very knowledgeable and very upfront/honest about what needs to be done to keep your roof up to code. If you are on the market to get a repair or get a new roof for your home I highly recommend palladium roofing!

I had a great experience working with Palladium Roofing. They were quick to respond, extremely friendly, and easy to work with. I worked with Heath, who accommodated my need for an expedited roof inspection during close of escrow on a house we were purchasing. His inspection was thorough, which gave me the information and confidence I needed to make decisions. I highly recommend Palladium Roofing and will definitely be using them in the future!

Palladium is a great roofing company! From Jeff, to both Chases (the project coordinator and roofing tech), and Chris, all have been great to work with and they responded to help with a late notice on Friday. Chris helped us with a previous eaves/soffit repair also. Much appreciated!

Palladium Roofing was great! We noticed a small water mark on our ceiling and knew we had to get a roofing company to fix it. Unfortunately, the roofer that replaced our roof after the 2021 hail storm was out of business so I decided to …

When purchasing a home, Heath was able to give a roof inspection And several items weren’t up to code or installed correctly. He went out took Photos sent it to the buyer and also Reinspected the home and insured the items were installed correctly after the roofing company who installed the roof fixed the repairs. I’m a realtor and this was a transaction I was involved in. On one of my investment properties, Heath was able to get the insurance company to pay for the roof and get the claim paid by the insurance company. I was happy to have a new roof because the old shingles kept being blown off by wind. On another roof that I was purchasing that was a flip house. Heath was able to get the roof replaced on that one before I closed on it and worked with the seller to get it replaced. That was super helpful.

Excellent experience and very happy we went with Palladium. Jeff and the team helped us through the process of replacing our roof and their communication, fast service, and quality work makes them stand out when compared with what I’ve heard my friends and coworkers had to deal with from other companies. Cannot recommend them enough.

A roof that needs attention now doesn't care about your savings timeline, and putting off necessary work usually makes it more expensive in the end. Palladium Roofing offers financing options so Oklahoma City area homeowners can move forward without the pressure of paying everything out of pocket at once. We'll walk you through what's available and help you find terms that fit your situation. You still get the same certified installation, the same quality materials, and the same warranty coverage. Financing just removes the barrier that was keeping you from getting there. Contact us today to ask about financing and schedule your complimentary inspection.6 hours agoBook
