  CUSTOMER WARNING: Any one that uses PD Roofing get the Time Frame of Warranty Work and the Types of Repairs Covered Under the Warranty Written on your Contract. The complaints against PD Roofing are directed against the owner Peter Dema for NOT honoring WARRANTY WORK and for dismissing customers concerns. Save Dema's text messages because he made empty promises to me. Some customers said PD Roofing's Warranty Work made their roof leaks worse. Homeowners want a reliable company who will honor their contract due to the severe weather conditions we are facing. PD Roofing does NOT offer good customer service after they have been paid. I found a Roofing company with better Reviews, very professional and cheaper; BRUTTELL ROOFING in Oak Park ask for Matt Smith / Sales Consultant.

  Peter has a great sales presentation and appeared to do great work until the leaks and problems started. Since the leaks this company has NOT honored their warranty and has NOT stood behind their work. Instead Peter has continued to blame everything under the sun except the quality of his work that continues to leak into my place of business. I would NOT recommend this company.

  I had a bad storm 2 weeks ago and the wind ripped off the shingles and caused my ceiling to leak in my kitchen I called Thursday and it was taken care of and it was repaired Tuesday very happy with the results

  Peter was the most well-informed, experienced roofer I have ever dealt with. Open and honest, he gave me a workable estimate that fit my budget and he and his crew did excellent work on time, and left my place spotless. He is my roofer for life. I give him SIX STARS ☆☆☆☆☆☆

  From the first consultation to the final clean-up Peter and his crew were great communicators and respectful professionals. Our full roof replacement took 12 hours from start to finish and looks great. I would highly recommend P D Roofing.
