  We hired Over the Top Roofing & Restoration after storm damage in March 2025. We signed two contracts (April and June) and paid a significant amount for a deposite. Despite repeated promises, no materials were ordered, and we were left without updates for months. One representative even left the company without notice, and no one followed up to reassign our project. Only after sending a certified demand letter in late August did materials arrive and work finally begin. The roof was eventually completed, but siding and gutters from the original contract were not done, and the contract was amended at the last minute only after I requested it. Communication was poor throughout, and the experience was stressful. ⚠️ Caution to future customers: Be sure to get everything in writing and stay proactive, and do not hire this company, as this company did not uphold its commitments until legal pressure was applied.

  Very poor communication. We had to contact our rep every step. We were not kept in the loop at all. No final inspection of the siding work was ever done. Roof crew was very efficient. Siding crew took longer than roof crew but looks good.

  Your driver just tail gaited us BAD on HWY 412 westbound in Arkansas. We were going over speed limit a little bit mostly going speed limit and he still wasn’t happy. Then around 12:45pm he crossed a double yellow to illegally and unsafely pass. Tell your people to drive safer. Slow down, mind the rules of the road and leave earlier if they need to get somewhere on time. I’d expect this type of driver in California, not here. I hope your drivers are more responsible with their work than they are their driving.

  Hi Stephen, we apologize for the missed appointment yesterday. We've got a new team member. Based on looking through the info on your account in our customer database software, it appears the team member had used a function in the software for project start/end dates for larger projects. As our software is also used by large project management firms. The function that is usually used for scheduling appointments automatically syncs those appointments to the representatives Google Calendar. Since that function was used in error, the representative who had you scheduled for yesterday never got the Google Calendar event nor reminders. I've brought him in and completely ran him through the standard operating procedure to ensure he never makes this error again. Unfortunately our software does not allow us to turn off that other function, which has caused some confusion. I hope we are able to find a solution for the issue in your sunroom or point you in the direction of finding a permanent solution and look forward to wrapping this up with all parties satisfied. Again my apologies for the missed appointment.

  I live at 1212 Hawkins Street in Harrison, AR. Mark Reddell at Over the Top Roofing just finished putting a new roof on my house. He had it finished in less than two weeks after I first made contact with him. We're very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them.

  Edit: 11/20/25 Dylan the owner contacted me and apologized and got me set up and then got some contractors ( himself and the gutter contractor) over and completed the siding and guttering. It was a fairly simple process at the end. So in the end all was made right. Signed a contract at the beginning of May (for roof siding and gutter replacement), was put on the backburner until September. Gave me 12 hours notice that they would be there to do the roof work. Roofing guys did an amazing job, was then told that they would be in contact and get my siding and gutters fixed within the next few weeks. Found out that my project manager has quit and I have not been assigned a new project manager yet. Also they won't answer the phone.

  Dalton stopped in to do a free inspection on my roof. I reluctantly said yes. He did the inspection and was honest about the condition of my roof. I was surprised that he came back stating my roof was In fairly good condition and nothing needed at this time. He wasn’t out trying to deceive. I would recommend Dalton at Over the Top Roofing for an inspection! Made me feel better knowing my roof is in good condition!!

  Definitely an awesome company to work with after our last storm damage multiple companies called and stop by the house to try and earn our business with the new roof, but one of them super pushy and super sketchy to talk to. I saw there banner hanging in a neighbors yard And decided to give them a call. Austin answered and his customer service and knowledge is second to none very professional very awesome to work with DYLAN was also there every step of the way answered every question wasn’t pushy at all and helped in a very professional way I definitely loved working with this company , hopefully nothing ever happens to my roof again but if it does, I know who I’m calling
