O'Neal's Roofing Co.

The only one or two-star review we hold for O'Neal's Roofing Co..

UPDATE: The response from the owners is incorrect. Michael never got back in touch with me regarding anything. Michael came out and got measurements for our roof replacement. He said he would send me a quote that night or the next day. I waited 3 days and called him, straight to voice mail. I called him 3 days later and got his voice mail again. I then called the office and got the voice mail there, I left a message and I still haven't heard anything. Very unprofessional.

I am sorry that you feel you had a bad experience, Michael did tell you that aluminum pans were outside the scope of our state license. I do hope you are able to find a licensed aluminum contractor to help you with your repair.

Everything was great with the exception of communication during the time of the quote and the actual work being done.

Thank you for your 4-star review and for sharing your feedback! We’re sorry that the communication was sparse at times - as our reviews show, this is not typical, but as a small family operated business there are times that issues can arise that cannot be helped & that pull us away; we're thankful that there was also your salesperson that you were able to reach out to at any time if questions or concerns come up and we are glad that you did. Thank you for choosing and trusting us to coat your existing roof, we appreciate you & your review.

I highly recommend this roofing company! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. Their workmanship is top-notch, and they take great pride in doing the job right. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—they kept us informed every step of the way and were always quick to answer any questions. What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. They were fair with their pricing, never tried to upsell unnecessary work, and delivered exactly what they promised. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly values its customers. As a real estate professional, I understand how important it is to have reliable contractors you can trust. We confidently recommend this roofing company to our clients, as well as to our own family and friends, because we know they consistently provide exceptional service and quality workmanship. If you're looking for a roofing company that is dependable, professional, honest, and delivers outstanding results, I highly recommend giving them a call. You won't be disappointed!
