If you need them after service, forget it. They don't answer phone calls or emails. No permits. We had to pay extra for a roof certification to satisfy our insurance company.

Extremely loud and unprofessional waking up all the neighborhood and shouting profanity from the roof tops. There are so many ways they could've handled all the noise alot better and represent their company better never again wow .

Our experience with Omega Roofing Inc. involved major delays, poor communication, and a supplier payment issue that ultimately resulted in a construction lien being initiated against our property despite the project being paid in full months earlier. Larry Tennis was the representative handling our project throughout the process, and the communication and payment issues we experienced occurred during his management of the job. After the situation escalated, Ardiel Barrios,— whose license is attached to the company — personally stepped in, paid the outstanding supplier balance quickly, and ensured the lien was removed, which we truly appreciate. However, based on our experience, I strongly encourage homeowners to maintain detailed records, verify supplier payments, and obtain proper lien releases before making final payment on any roofing project.

As a customer, I am very satisfied with the work done. I want to thank Mr. Osvaldo and his team for their professionalism, reliability, and the quality of their work in replacing my shingle roof with a metal one. The price was fair, and I recommend them 100%.
