Mislead by sales person. was told that there would be no out of pocket expense. The deductible and any repairs not covered by insurance would be taken care of as an adjustment to their bill. when it came time to settle up he denied saying that. My decision to use that company was based on his statement.

Charles sounds like a miscommunication with you and my salesperson. Our company doesn't believe in or ever will commit insurance fraud. We don't eat, bury, or take care of insurance deductibles for our customers. All policy holders are responsible for paying this expense out of pocket.

Erik and his crew are great to work with! They came out and replaced my roof in one day, despite there being additional water damage that we hadn’t accounted for. The crew did a great job and my new roof looks great. Erik explained what flashing was and how it damaged the area around my chimney. He was very polite as I asked my multitude of questions. They also made sure to clean up all of the old shingles, plywood, and nails. I would definitely recommend them!!

Love my new roof! Erik’s work crew did a fast and quality job. Clean-up left my yard looking better than when they arrived. I especially appreciate them covering my flowerbed with a tarp to protect my flowers. Also cleaned my patio cover. Thanks for the great service as well as the lowest estimate.

On 25 June 2023 a storm blew a huge tree limb and tree debris on my roof and damaged some of the shingles, causing a brief and minor leak in my living room (fortunately the leak was brief). Oliver Roofing had replaced my roof professionally at a fair price in 2020, so I called them to inspect the roof shingles that had been gouged by the tree limb (I and gravity removed the tree limb and debris from my roof, exposing the damaged shingles. Since I kept some shingles from 2020, Oliver Roofing came and used two of my shingle strips to repair the worst of the roof damage in less than a week (the area where they and I believed the leak had occurred). As always, the workmanship on the shingles they replaced was outstanding.

Water Stains on Your Ceiling? It Might Be a Roof Leak. Not all roof leaks start with obvious storm damage. In Conway, AR, we often find leaks caused by cracked vent boots, deteriorated chimney flashing, nail pops, or aging shingles. The tricky part? By the time you see a ceiling stain, water may have been entering your attic for weeks. At Oliver’s Custom Roofing, we provide professional roof leak inspections and repairs throughout Conway and Faulkner County. Our team identifies the true source of the problem, documents what we find, and gives honest recommendations — whether that means a simple repair or discussing larger issues. Don’t wait for the next heavy rain to make things worse. Call or text (501) 514-3938 to schedule a roof leak inspection today.Feb 24, 2026Call now
