  I would rate Olde Town Roofing zero stars, but the option was not available. I entered into a roofing contract and gutter guard removal/replacement on October 23, 2024. They touted their reviews, gave paper guarantee about their work, ethics and quality. Work was ‘completed’ on 15 November, 2024. However, I had issues with shingles not laying flat, gutters not properly reattached to my home and garage and incomplete installation of new gutter guards. Olde Town did not follow manufacturer’s recommendation to use two sheets of underlayment since I had planked sub-roof (rather than plywood) with space gaps larger than recommended for a smooth shingled surface. Gutters were leaking on both sides - against the structures and overflowing on the open side and loosely connected to my structures. I questioned if gutter would stay in tact if snow and ice damming occurred. In one case, the gutter did not have the new guard installed. Crews were not fully trained. NO QUALITY CONTROL/ASSURANCE was used by this company prior to declaring the project complete. New gutter guards were sloppily installed - they were not tight to the gutter, allowing debris and birds to enter. The many subsequent Olde Town Roofing remediation efforts were piecemeal and incomplete. It took prompting and and several pictures and follow up visits. Olde Town never notified the Moline Inspection Department to review their work; I had to engage the Department to validate that additional rework was needed. This project took almost a year. I say BUYER BEWARE if choosing Olde Town Roofing. I have documentation and pictures to support this review.

  This simply is not true…the project did not take almost a year, the city was notified when the work was done and the permit was closed out. There was nothing wrong with her roof, she wanted additional work to be done, that we were not contracted to do, then she called a handyman over who is exactly that, an unlicensed handy man , and he filled her with a bunch of lies, which were verified lies by the City of Moline Building inspector when we met him at the house to go over her “issues”

  What do we do that’s unprofessional? What do you mean by a circus operation? I don’t have your name in our records, so it appears you have never been a customer or potential customer. So at this point it appears you are just a competitor that is just trying to decrease our Google ranking. And then a 5 star review of boss roofing…kinda makes you wonder!

  Worst roof company to do business with. I’ve had nothing but issues since they put a 52k roof on my house in Moline. Good luck getting a call back if there are issues.

  Your problem is not with the shingled portion of the roof that we did. Your problem is with the flat roof, we advised you to invest in, that you CHOSE not to because the insurance company said it wasn’t damaged. Then your BrickWork on your home needed to be tuck pointed, and you chose not to do that either. Then 3-4 years after we did your roof, you wanted us to come back out and fix items that we advised you pay to fix. The truth is I did answer her phone calls, I did go out and meet Fisher Construction on the because she asked us to. Even her new company explained to her that this was not our issue, it was a lack of Maintenance issue. Sharon I’m sorry that we are not going to do free work for you that we advised you to get done when we originally did your roof.

  When they were to do my mother’s roof they were incredibly professional on the phone. That was the furthest their professionalism unfortunately went. Immediately refused service after seeing this company take an unfortunate stance on politics. Yikes!

We stay away from politics for reasons such as this. You think you disagree with something that has nothing to do with our quality of work,so you try to slander our company thru bad reviews…and we are the bad people…that is interesting how you try to justify that

  old town did a nice job o my roof. but when came to my sideing they did a very poor job and someone in the crew damage my shed and the cam out and just pushed the shed roof in after i called then head office to get someone to call me back. …

  Raful came out on the 25th of September to give me an estimate on replacing my roof. Was told I would have the estimate by the end of the week Friday. It's now Sunday October 1st and still no estimate. What a waste of time !

  From start to finish Olde Town Roofing was great to work with. We had a leak in our roof. I got ahold of Sean and he had a crew out within an hour. They took care of our issue in a timely manner and walked us through everything that they did. Would highly recommend Old Town Roofing.

  Brent was great..job was done in a day & gutters were done in half a day. Only slight issue, wasn't an issue I had but my neighbor had, we're the supplies left in my front yard for over 2 weeks. I'd give 4.5 stars but that's not an option-& only would give that rating bc of my neighbor not being happy & me knowing about it.

  In a world where so many businesses lack basic customer service, I was thrilled to find Olde Town Roofing to repair my mother’s leaking roof. They went above and beyond making her feel comfortable and explaining what needed to be done to repair her leaking roof, and were able to do so on the spot. All of the people we engaged with were professional, prompt, and communicative. They specialize in working with seniors who can so often be taken advantage of.   This review is super late but omg they are the best!! They helped us through the hole process, we're informative and didn't make you feel dumb for asking questions, they assured me it would all be done in one day, and damn do they stick to there word! Our roof had the original shingles from 1950, but they made sure everything was replaced and perfect. Addressed all our concerns with no hesitation!! Thank you so much!!
