Amazing! Seth was very professional, honest and diligent with his communication from start to finish. His quality of work showed his many years of experience. Instead of trying to upsell me, he chose to educate me and I sincerely appreciated that. Do yourself a favor and call Seth. There's a reason why ALL his business comes from referrals and not him harassing you like all those other typical door-to-door roofers.

Called Seth because I had a roof leak and the first company I called couldn’t find it. He quickly found the cause of the leak and fixed it on the spot. Very fair price and he was really friendly. He will be my first call next time!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 9 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 9, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Olde South Roof And Home. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
