  They pushed to have a full roof replacement after some wind damage caused some shingles to come loose toward the bottom of the roof starting in April of 2026. As of August of 2026, they stopped responding to contact when insurance denied a full roof replacement, and have effectively ghosted.

  Milt, We work with people all the time who dont get full replacements on roof from insurance, espically when they have repairs only. We have customers that we have worked for them on their behalf for over a year. The reason why we dropped the ball with you is that the person who was working on your job was no longer with the company. We have since then put things in place to take care of customers if there rep is sick, on leave, gets let go or moves on. We apologize for not taking better care of you on this. we are working to get better. Thanks for the feedback.

  Needed repair on our slate roof due to missing slates from storm damage. We went with Ohio roofing solutions after getting multiple estimates with them being a local small business. We were also wanted to get out gutters replaced. We were told that by the owner that it wouldn’t take long since we were not able to sleep in our bedroom due to the ceiling collapsing and couldn’t replace the drywall until the slates were replaced.. we sent them a deposit of half amount of the estimate and most of the contact came from us as to when the the work would start and to keep us updated on when we could expect the work to be done. After multiple phone calls and 3 weeks later someone showed up to drop off materials to do the work. I will add during this time the owner was on vacation and it seemed no one was able to provide answers as to the repairs to be performed. my husband noticed there wasn’t enough slates to repair the roof. He called again and was told the worker had more slates on his truck. When the worker came he did not have more slates. My husband noticed there was metal in place of where slates were supposed to be. After 1 week and 3 trips our roof was finally fixed. Needless to say we declined on our gutters being replaced since we heard nothing about when that would be done, not to mention if it would be done correctly. Would not recommend this company at all! 🔴🔴🔴🔴Response to the owner: 🔴🔴🔴🔴 I didn’t have missing slates in February when you came knocking on my door needing business. Told you then we weren’t sure we even wanted work to be done then. You gave us an estimate anyway. I don’t think anyone would not answer back to a roofing company when there is missing slates and drywall and any rain would come into our bedroom. I can promise you we didn’t miss any phone calls from you. Maybe when you were on vacation for 2 weeks and no one in charge of anything and we couldn’t get anyone to respond for days with answers on when work will be complete! You also said y

  Darlene, Thanks for the feedback We came out and gave you a quote on 2-8-24 we followed up on 2-19 no response, 3-12 no response, 3-27 no response, 4-10 again no response, 4-15 no response, we finally heard back and met again with you on 6-27. At that time we were ready to do the job within 1 week and we explained to your husband that times of install change depending on when customers sign up with us. He said he still wanted to check with another person we said ok but we cant hold a spot for repairs when were is no signed agreement and deposit. We got call on 7-2 that he was going to sign paperwork paperwork was not signed till 7-4 over a week later. The deposit didnt come in till 7-8 a week and 1/2 later this was past the time we could have done the repair initially if paperwork and deposit was done on 6-27. We called you 2 days after your deposit to let you know we were working on your job and looking for date of install. We did your repair on 7-16 four business days later. I apologize that you feel that we took 3 weeks to do your work but this is not true we were waiting on deposit and signed paperwork and we were in constant communication the entire time. When we did come to do the repair materials were dropped off and our installer was to bring additional but they didnt this was our fault. Metal was put in place temporarily for area that we were short tiles. We did get your roof repaired fully and even did extra $400 in work that we never invoiced you for tiles and labor. We talked to your husband on 8-1 and he said that he wasnt sure if he wanted to do the gutters and he would contact us back we never heard back will 8-7 when we had to call him to see what he wanted to do with the gutters. That is when we found you you didnt want to do the gutter work. Im sorry that you feel we didnt communicte to you but per the records we did. Thanks for your feedback and we always make things right when we mess up.

  Project took 2 weeks to build a 180 foot fence. Contractors showed up late and worked till 8 pm. At the end there was nails poking through the fence and are dogs were able to dig under the fence.

  We hired this company back in JANUARY to fix a leak we had and get a free inspection of our whole roof to see if it needed to be replaced. The company owner stole our money since we paid him to fix our leak and still never has to this day, He also did not perform the work listed on the contract we signed with him and paid for. We now ,because of him have damage caused by his worker and him,some white strip down that side of our roof (that was not supposed to be there) and mismatched shingles on our roof. He was supposed to install Owen's Corning weatherwood shingles but instead he put what he wanted on our roof which is some brown color, our roof is not brown, not even close. Also becasue of the damage that was caused by them (there should be no damage considering that whole area was replaced) now water can get in through the damaged areas. He tried pushing a contract down our throat for a whole roof replacement in which we did not sign, good thing because we had another roofing company come out to give us a free estimate and come to find out we did not need a whole new roof, that is also how we found out that Ohio Roofing Solutions did not complete the work stated in our contract with signed with them and put the wrong color shingles on our roof. The owner talks a good talk but is VERY DISHONEST and you CAN'T trust anything he says when you can get a hold of him, he is also FULL of excuses, that is his way to string you along, like he has done to us for SIX months . Any honest reputable company would have already addressed the issue and made it right, not ignore the consumer and pretend there is no issue like he has. He actually asked us if we wanted our old shingles back. This company is also not located in Groveport. I live in Groveport and I went to the location he states that they are and also to the city to report him, nobody actually knows where they are located..so BUYER BEWARE he tries to make himelself look good but I have proof to show otherwise ..I would

  I don't have enough words to describe my experience with Ohio Roofing, but if you think review is matter to you when hiring a contractor, I would stay away from them. Once they have you sign a contract and pay, man!!!😴😴 it won't take long before you realize how stupid you are

  We had our house and garage roof replaced in 2015 with Ohio Roofing solutions and were very pleased with the results. In 2026 the garage roof had a small nail leak and Naaman with ORS came out and fixed the issue promptly. He also went above and beyond to look over the entire house roof to look for any unseen issues. We highly recommend Ohio roof solutions for their work, customer service and honesty. A++++

  From the estimate to time of repair they showed up when they said they would. I had two roofs put on one For my home and a second for a rental house. The price was fair and they cleaned up after themselves. I Would highly recommend Ohio Roofing.

  Wonderful experience working with the entire team at Ohio Roofing Solutions!! Very professional, knowledgeable and zero pressure. Very thorough first appointment explaining my roof’s current condition. Discussed options and was able to get a good bit covered by my insurance. Installation day was great, crew arrived early and got started immediately. New roof was completed by 6 pm same day. Love the look and have had no issues. Professional and trustworthy company I would recommend to anyone in need of roof replacement or repairs.

  I had such a great experience with Ohio Roofing Solutions! From the start, Danny was incredibly helpful and polite. I was honestly a little nervous about having people up on my roof, but he took the time to answer all my questions and really put me at ease. The whole process went smoothly, and my new roof looks amazing. I’m so glad I chose them!! Very professional, respectful, and the results speak for themselves! Highly recommend!
