Oasis Construction Group Inc

The only one or two-star review we hold for Oasis Construction Group Inc.

While exterior work on our 100-year-old home was acceptable, we do not recommend the Oasis Construction management team, which is basically Jordan Engman. Prior to this project, we discussed the likelihood of demolition discovery requiring change orders—which indeed occurred and for which we paid mightily. Jordan Engman's general frustration with these change orders evolved into disrespectful/delayed customer service, condescending verbal and electronic communication, and thousands of dollars of time and materials added to our bill without explanation. This unacceptable management style is guaranteed to disrupt your life far beyond general construction while Oasis is on your property.

I hired Elliot to finish a kitchen remodel left incomplete by a previous contractor, and he and his team did an excellent job. They worked long hours to complete the project within just a few weeks. His quote was reasonable, and I’m definitely planning to reach out again for any future work around the house.

When it was time to replace our roof, I got estimates from 3 companies and my interactions with Elliot at Oasis Construction were always positive. He was able to coordinate an initial visit within a day and provided an estimate within 24 hours. We had a lot of back and forth to go over the details of the estimate/contract, but that was all on me. I had lots of questions and Elliot was always so patient and I never had to wait long for a response. I was also getting other quotes using different roofing materials from Owens Corning and he agreed to redo his estimate using those same materials so that I could do an apples to apples comparison. Once we had sorted out the details, and I was looking at 3 different estimates, Elliot's cost was the lowest of the three. He was also willing to provide a payment plan that allowed us to extend our payments out 2 months. All of this added up to what felt like a great working relationship. We coordinated a start date, but adjusted because of the weather, and when the crew showed up to begin work, they were extremely kind and respectful. The work took a little longer than expected, in part because our roof has a lot of different, adjoining angles and overhangs, but also because there were 2 guys on the crew. A neighbor recently had their roof done and there was a crew of 8 people who got the job done in 2 days. With 2 guys, it took 6 full days of work. We didn't mind that it took a few days, especially with how wonderful everything looks, now that the work is done. They did an amazing job, and even patched up some holes that squirrels had made in the soffits. The team was always kind and when I checked in with them, they always provided an update on how things were going. I wholeheartedly recommend Elliot and Oasis Construction for your roofing needs in West Seattle. They were incredibly professional, provided fair estimates, and were a delight to work with. Highly recommend!

These guys did outstanding work on our roof and also fixed an annoying chimney issue. 5 stars all around.

The whole process start to finish, was an easy process. Help and explanation of the roofing products available and cost and guarantee were explained. The crew arrived as planned and was finished and yard was left cleaned up. The roof really looks good and helped up- grade the look of the home. This was done several years ago and I have never had any problems and still looks great.

This team did great work at my property. They efficiently bid and completed the work. The work was offered for review prior to payment and the minor pickups I noted were addressed. Following the re-roof they did a great job cleaning up …

Oasis Construction replaced our roof last week. They were very efficient, completing the job in two days. They were also extremely clean, picking up nails and debris after long days on the roof in hot temperatures. Their crew was very polite and responsive to questions we had. This is the second time we've used Oasis on a construction project. The experience again was excellent, we will use them again. Thank you for a beautiful roof.

Elliot and his team were really fantastic to work with during our very large rebuild and renovation project. Our new home flooded late summer last year and dealing with our insurance company was a nightmare. Elliot was ready to help us navigate that entire process while also making sure all the extensive work of coordinating plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers, flooring, and everything else that involves basically rebuilding a home that was 80% damaged. The crew at Oasis are incredibly professional and listened to all our concerns and didn't hesitate with last minute changes. My family and I are finally back home and the place looks better than ever.

Had a great experience with Oasis especially Jordan. I had a complete roof replacement including some structural work as there was water & varmint damage to my 130 yr old house. It looks great and was done in a week. Highly recommend and appreciate that Jordan answered all my questions.

In November 2018, Oasis put a new roof as well as interior work due to damage from the rain. They were very courteous and professional.

I was worried about finding a company we could trust with our home. But then we met Jordan @ Oasis. Let us know to never hesitate to ask questions through out the process. Top notch.
