Was given an estimate and told they should be able to repair roof within a week. Nine days, after hearing nothing, I called (on a Thursday) they would have it done by Tuesday. Wednesday morning, after hearing nothing, I called and was told we were scheduled for that day. Thursday morning, after hearing nothing a 3rd time, I called told him we were moving on to another company.

Excellent craftsmanship & customer service from beginning to end. The entire experience was top notch. Robert’s team was super attentive, communicated clearly, & answered all our questions. Pricing was more than fair. I would also add that I very much appreciated how professional & respectful the crew was. Cleanup was immaculate. If you're looking for a company that delivers excellent results, keeps its promises, and provides hassle free service, look no further than this company. We’re excited to work with them again.

Scott and his crew did an excellent job installing our new gutters. They took their time and made sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this firm for all your gutter, roofing, or whatever you need done. Call Tobert and get a quote for your work. You won’t be disappointed.

I can't recommend Robert and Not Just Roofs highly enough for their exceptional work! They replaced some damaged siding and soffit on my home, and the results are fantastic. From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch. Their team was super attentive—they communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy with the plan before they began. Not only was their communication great, but they also finished the job early, which was a welcome surprise. The quality of the work is excellent, and the pricing was more than fair for the high-level service provided. Finally, I especially appreciated how professional and respectful the crew was. They performed an immaculate cleanup. If you're looking for a company that delivers excellent results, keeps its promises, and provides truly hassle-free service, look no further than Not Just Roofs!

Highly recommend Robert and his team for any roofing job. I have used him twice now and each time he arrives and takes care of everything on short notice. The pricing is more than fair, and he always keeps you in the loop on what he is doing and what he recommends to be done. The first time he ever came out he actually noticed that my Radon system was improperly installed and sealed, fixed it free of charge.

Robert and his team did an outstanding job, got new 6" guttering for the price of 5" and they were quick and very efficient. They came back to correct something that I hadn't even noticed, the definition of a true professional at very fair/competitive pricing!

Richard is honest, does what he says he will do, and does it when he says he will do it. Extremely courteous and wants to provide a complete and full service. I could not have been happier with my roof repair and the crew he had do it. Highly recommended.
