When I recieved my bill and asked why it was so high, they told me they were here for an 1 1/2, when in fact they were here for 40 minutes. This company is a RIP off.

Was told at the time of purchase that I had a 10 year warranty UT at the time I need repairs I was told I only dad 5 year warranty on labor. So I agreed to have a team come out to do repairs for one hour at the cost of $350 dollars. The …

I wanted so badly to like them. However, they came out for an estimate to do a roof repair and the estimator onsite broke down the cost for me and said it would be about $1,900. He said he would later email me the formal estimate. Well he never did so I had to email him, and now the formal estimate was $2,700. I replied shocked saying he told me $1,900 and where did the other $800 come from? I got no response. I emailed again and said I was going to get other estimates now. No response. I got other estimates and still liked the Northwest Roof estimate the best so I emailed back telling them I wanted to actually use them..... NO RESPONSE!!! (this isn't like hours either, no response after 4 or 5 days) I emailed again copying the office manager and complaining that I can't even get a response when I want to use their company despite the poor communication.... NO RESPONSE AGAIN!!! So here you are Northwest roofing... getting a 1 star review from someone that really wanted to be your customer...

These guys are the worst, they do horrible work and do not warrant their mistakes.

These guys were working at my condo roof when they dented my car. They denied any responsibility of the accident and barely spoke any English. The foreman Enrique, just kept repeating to call his office, which I did , and the shop manager …

I have stopped using NW-Roof completely. They showed up 3-4 days late on multiple occasions. Their "foreman" blew me off for over a week last summer. Their 'repairs' would only hold up for a month or two before starting to leak again. I would not recommend using this company.

  Reply from the business

We are not NW-Roof we are Northwest Roof Service Inc. Nw-Roof is a completely different company. We do not have formans that blow anyone off we have a very well run company. This isnt even a real account there is no person by the name Tyler Clark in our files. He also has a fake picture of the guy from Star Trek. This review needs to be taken down this person has never been a customer of ours and is making false claims against our company.

They replaced 4 skylights for me quickly and with quality, and it was very reasonably priced. the onsite techs showed up on time and were very professional.

I pick 5 stars for this business. I didn't have my house repaired, I just know that a company is about its employees and is only as good as its employees. I left my lights on in a store parking lot a few days ago and was quietly frantic. Geico is so sick of me. I was nose in and next to a curb and couldn't push it out enough to do any good. I carry jumper cables and had 5$ to spare. 10 min or so of stress and I saw somebody getting into his truck. It was a big , nice truck so I equated it with power. The guy probably was late for dinner, I knew and might just say no, but I felt desperate and willing to try. I hurried towards him and took the chance, waving my 5$ bill. And, (asked his name later), Jason was so kind. I felt as though he understood and he took the time and energy to hook me up and SAVE me hours and embarassment. I recognized that his truck had a sign on it-Northwest Roofing Service and I thanked him again. I cannot think of a better way for anyone to represent an eployee or show their own kindness. Thank You Jason from NW Roofing!! Carolyn Ohhh, Jason refused the 5$.

I've had 2 roofs done by Northwest Roof Service Inc. One in North Tacoma, the other in Lacey. And each time, they did an excellent job. They were on time, and they completed the jobs in a timely manner and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. Highly recommended.

Northwest Roof is a very professional, upstanding and reliable company. We have utilized their service with several rental properties and have never had a complaint. We will continue to use them as a preferred vendor when the need arises. Great company and employees.

Looking for a no-nonsense roofing company who is both professional and gets jobs done on time? Northwest Roof Service based in Kent, Washington is your ticket. I help manage a portfolio of rental and commercial buildings and have used NW Roof probably 15 times over the past dozen years. They provide competitive bids, give good feedback on the best roofing projects, get the job done on time, clean up, and if there's any problems they will promptly correct a mistake.

I am grateful to this company for getting our roof on the schedule as soon as possible, given that it was leaking and overdue for replacement. It turned out we had a great deal more rot/damage than expected and this was all replaced …

Northwest Roof Service did a fabulous job re-roofing our barn last month. They removed all the existing shingles before installing the new composite. We're thrilled with the results, and their crew was professional, on-time, and kept the job site clean during the 3 days process. Highly recommended.
