Use a different company. Save the time and a LOT of $. Left the entire surrounding of our house full of trash. Uncharged us multiple times and horrible project manager who almost NEVER helped.

I set up an appointment for yesterday and they were a no show, so I called, spoke to some weird robotic sounding lady voice and they said they would reach out with more information, which they did not. I guess they didn't want the job

You don’t walk on a roof when another contractor is in an attic There is rotten wood and slap sheeting that is supporting the ROTTEN OSB YOU COULD HAVE KILLED ME

  Reply from the business

Are you a contractor? I'm sorry I didn't see a contractor's vehicle out front when I showed up to my appointment. My job is to inspect the roof at home owners request, I set my ladder on the side safely, inspected the plywood edge from my position and determined it was safe for me to walk the roof. I hope it's not common practice for tristate reps or whoever you work for to over exaggerate a situation to discredit a competitors business.

Edwin gave us a through and honest consultation and we chose Roof Pros NW to do our reroofing project. Edwin and his team did a great job and kept us informed for what to expect each day. They protected all my plants with tarps and cleaned up all debris each day! They even were able to do something extra work on my gazebo. They explained there could be some extra costs depending on rotted plywood (which happened) and the prices were very fair and the work was high quality! We'd recommend Roof Pros NW to anyone!

Stephen C, it was a pleasure working on your home. I will certainly share your kind words with Edwin. We are glad our team exceeded expectations regarding your property and gazebo.
