  Use good materials but use too long of nails nails punch through eves way too far, and cause issues when you go to paint your house. They say it is code however another roofer in the area told me that is not true.

  Neighbor of a customer. The roofers threw roofing materials in our yard without proper preparation, including puttings nails into our driveway and where our dog runs around. When they did come over to clean up they did not clean up all the nails, and they scratched the paint on one of our vehicles with debris they threw over and retrieved. They also threw empty water bottles into our front yard before leaving for the day (which they did promptly when we came outside into that side of the yard)! We have found 23 nails to date, some of which were found after being stepped on. I would not ever hire this service based on their behavior towards the community they work in.

  The crew worked very hard and very fast, unfortunately there was a language barrier. We had asked to be contacted for any areas of concern, (the house is 112 years old), however this did not happen. The high end thick material we chose made the roof defects more noticeable from the curb, since the company just covered the problem areas. In retrospect, the area was a framing issue, and should have been addressed before the roof went on, I was not informed of any of that until afterwards when it was too late. I think this company would be a better fit for house flippers and newer construction.

  My neighbor had their roof recently replaced by Three Tree. Looking at their roof it looks pretty good. My review is cleanliness. I live next door and when they were removing the old shingles, they were dropping them down between our homes. …

  I have had a bad experience with three tree roofing including 2leaks which they have done nothing to help. They haven’t honored their warrenty

  Put the ventilation below my insulation (then told me to take back my insulation) they offered to revent but I said no. The reason for the no was they left about a softball size hole in the corner of my roof - when the job was done. They took nearly a week to address it, but only after I called the BBB. Their fix for tearing a hole in a beam was to put flashing over it. Now I have a leak in my roof they are blaming on where the ductwork comes out of the roof and are blaming leak on poor quality ductwork. A company that did not install the ductwork looked at it and said, "Bologna, the ductwork is fine. The problem is with the roofing around the ductwork."

  If I could give no stars that would have been the move. Very unprofessional change my install date 4 times number one you commit to a day you start it so you don’t effect the schedule of other I’ve talk to 4 different people that all seem to blame it on others so no accountability

  My new roof looks gorgeous!! Three Tree Roofing not only did a beautiful job roofing my house but they went far and above to complete the job, such as washing the skylights inside and out and blowing my patio. Communications were sometimes slow but well worth the wait. I would recommend Three Tree Roofing to anyone who wants the best looking and functioning roof.

  Chase confirmed we did I not need a new roof yet. He could have easily sold us, but instead gave us a referral. In a time when customer service is in the decline, we were so impressed with Chase’s honesty, professionalism and consideration. If he is a fair representation of his employer, then this is a great company.

  We just had Three Tree replace our house and garage roofs and they did a terrific job. They gave us a reasonable bid and clear proposal, talking through all options. The communication before the project was great. They were efficient and skilled. Roofing is a messy process and they cleaned up the site each day and worked quickly (but not so quickly I was worried about cutting corners.) the end result is handsome and expertly done. We would definitely use them again if we had another roofing job. The gutter subcontractor was also professional and skilled.

  Was very pleased with the level of service provided by Three Tree Roofing. From the estimate to the completed job, I always felt that if I had any questions or concerns, they would be responded to in a timely manner. Meaning communication is key to keeping a customer's mind at ease, and TTR met my expectations in this regard. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others (and already have).
