I got an estimate for a roof replacement from this company and I appreciated how thorough and helpful they were, but the estimate I received from them was THREE times more expensive than every other estimate I received from other companies (I got 7 or 8 estimates total). I called to investigate but they didn't give me an explanation. Really puzzling - definitely get other estimates too if you're considering this company!

Yuri from flat roof pros came to my home last year and gave me a quote to replace the roof on my home. When talking he explained for $2 or $3 a square foot he could cover the roof with a coating and replace any rotted boards. Or for $5 a square foot he could completely replace the roof. I wanted to completely replace the roof. Yuri said he would email me a quote and we could go from there. When I received the quote it was $22k if he did all of the work, $18k if I did the tear off. Obviously much higher than $5 a square foot like we talked about. My roof is 2700 square feet. When I reached out to get a explanation I received no response. I was trying to finally get my roof done this year. I called Yuri and left a message. Spoke to the front desk and they said they would get back. Still no response. Find another company!

Flat Roof Pros helped us out with a spot repair on a roof in January '26. Communication throughout the process was efficient and timely. Yuriy came out for an initial consult and gave some very honest feedback on options for repair, outlining the pros and cons of each option, as well as performing an overall assessment of our roof. The repairs were scheduled quickly after they received our deposit, and work was completed on time, on schedule, and on budget. We enjoyed our experience with Flat Roof Pros and look forward to working with them again for any future needs.
