  Terrible experience with this company,we hired them to replace our roof, when they reinstalled the skylights one had a huge gap they tried to tell us it was like that when they started and to put a piece of trim over it, after a lot of screaming back and forth with the owner of the company in our living room they finally fixed it but not before threatening to put a lien on our house, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

  Poor communication with me as a prospective customer. Met with the owner, Jean Seward, for a siding replacement estimate. Team Roofing was our #1 preferred estimate. But when we reached out with questions to help us make our final decision, we never recevied a response. I tried contacting them multiple times via email and phone to get our questions answered. They even scheduled a phone call with me to answer the questions, but they never called me, did not notify me that they couldn't keep the scheduled phone call, or followed up afterwards to apologize and reschedule. Team Roofing NW completely dropped the ball with us as a prospective customer and we went with a different company.

  Tried to use them but they waited till 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment to tell me they don't service my area after I had specifically asked that when I set up the appointment. What was really annoying is my 2nd home is located on an island in Puget Sound and I made a trip just for that appointment. Very unprofessional.

  Hello Kate, I do apologize that you got such a late call we do try our best to keep our service area ad up to date as possible with the growing gas prices we have had to cut back on our service area and we do hope again to be able to service this area again.

  Really appreciate them. Their service was amazing. The workers were amazing very friendly. I needed help with something they were there right away in less than 24 hours messaged around 9 o’clock at night. They were there the next morning around 9 am
