  I'm so sorry you feel this way. As Nick, your estimator, explained at the time of your original consultation, both your roof and siding were in bad shape. Since your roof was in bad shape and needed to be replaced, we started there. Unfortunately we cannot see behind walls. Without tearing into the siding on the dormers we would have no way to know the leak was originating there and running down to the roof. As is turned out the leaking was coming from the siding above the roof and the worn out brick chimney. A mason would have to fix the chimney, not a roofer. We gave you a bid to fully remove and replace your siding around the two dormers. I'm sorry you feel disappointed but we cannot be held responsible for a leak behind siding that was not part of our original scope of work. As Nick mentioned at your original consultation, both the roof and siding needed to be replaced. The work we did on your roof is of the highest quality with the strongest warranty. If your roof was leaking, our workmanship warranty would cover it. Now it's time to complete the project and replace the crumbling siding and have a mason repair the worn out chimney.

  Hi Vex, your information was provided to us from a company called Modernize. At some point you submitted your information to them for your roofing needs. I'm sorry we called you but we had no way of knowing you didn't want to be called. Once we got ahold of you we had no problem taking you off of our call list. However, in the process you were verbally abusive to Katie. Again, we had no way of knowing you didn't want us to call you. It is never our goal to upset anyone. If you look at our reviews you will see we have an impeccable reputation with anyone we have done work for. If I'm am not seeing the situation correctly and if you would like to discuss it further just give us a call and ask for John. I hope you have a great weekend.

  I called Roofsmart about a roof leak, they sent Arturo Avila to inspect my roof. Received report on what was causing the leak, they gave me a reasonable bid and one week later they repaired my roof. Also sent me before and after pictures. Great, great professionial job completed by Arturo Avila.

  Professional from start to finish. Exceeded my expectations for engineering focus, timeline, value, and quality of work, Omar was fantastic at the final inspection. Found issues with the solar installation that I had not been able to inspect at the time. Annette was a great representative for the company and helped throughout.

  Every step of the process was fantastic. The estimate was the most detailed of all and was the deciding factor in awarding the bid. The pricing is competitive and in this case, was not the cheapest, but every detail was addressed, building confidence that the price quoted would be the real cost. Omar and his team were fast, polite and clean with their progress. The roof looks amazing, and the minor issues that were discovered with the existing framing was affordably addressed and corrected without much impact to the overall schedule. The peace of mind that comes with a roof with this level of quality cannot be overstated. When you buy a roof from Roofsmart, you get a product that will exceed expectations because the people doing the work might just be the best in the business.

  Our recently purchased home in Green Valley with a slanted roof was inspected by RoofSmart as part of our pre-purchase home inspection. A timely roof inspection was conducted by RoofSmart identifying cracked Shylights, exposed nail heads and cuts in the roof membrane. These items was all repaired 3/23/2026 by RoofSmart techs exactly as identified with a Quality Control inspection on 3/24/2026 to verify a quality repair. I was provided with digital photos of my roof repairs with the emailed invoice, the same amount was billed as the original estimate. I recommend RoofSmart for honest, quality, timely roof system repairs.

What happens when water pools up on your concrete deck with a membrane? We recently replaced a rooftop deck for a customer whose roof was facing serious drainage issues.
