Specifically the leaking issue involving the 3tab shingles, stems from aged fiberglass, revealing pre-existing vulnerabilities where leaks had occurred previously. Contrary to the claims made, our remedial actions extend beyond merely removing ice in the immediate problem area. Comprehensive measures were taken to remove the ice from the entire valley and along the entire gutter line, ensuring a thorough resolution to prevent potential further leaking at that time. The mention of cracks in the ceiling purportedly caused by our intervention with a 16 oz hammer is also misinformed by your review. The newness of the drywall not with-standing, it's also important to acknowledge the exceptional weight of snow and ice this season, unlike previous winters. Moreover, our prompt response to an emergency leak during a snowstorm was aimed at solely at stopping the leak preventing further interior damages with meticulous care taken to avoid damaging any shingles. It is also important to note that the shingles referenced in your concern show signs of long-term wear, not recent damage by our team. These are damages that typically result from extended exposure to sunlight over several years. In our commitment to customer satisfaction and as a gesture of goodwill, we proposed replacing the affected shingles to aid in the sale of your property, despite the fact that their removal is essential to address the leak effectively.   Just to clarify, customer was told our minimum charge starts at $700.00 and could be more depending on what needed to be done. Also a paid invoice has been re sent.

  Hired Northcoast RR to repair chimney and roof leaks. They ended up having to rebuild the chimney and replace flashing/shingles. Work was completed on 4/13. Roof leaked on 4/16. They came out and recaulked. Roof leaked again on July 2, July 28 and Aug 23. I have made numerous calls with no response. They scheduled a date in July and August to come out and make the repair and both dates they were no shows. I paid this company $8,400! Further, part of my contract was to water seal the chimney. I was originally told I had to wait 3 months. I called after 3 months and they said, no I have to wait 6 months. At the 6 month mark still no completion of work and roof leaking worse now than before they rebuilt the chimney. Clearly there is a problem and my calls continue to be ignored. EDIT: They completed the work and apologized for the delay. I will say they are and always were very nice people. :-)

  we spoke with her on last Thursday, September 14, 2023 and told her that someone would be coming out on Friday, September 22, 2023 to resolve the issue. Chimney has been fixed with no further issues.

  Northcoast was very professional. Took time to explain all the steps. I would like to point one person, Rich. He was the person that really was exceptional. Did everything, paperwork and communication to the insurance. I would like to thank everyone. Seamless. Highest recommendation. By the way new roof looks awesome and no clean-up.

  I love the service I received from NORTHCOAST. The owner, Tabitha, was kind and sensitive to my needs, and her personality was comforting and engaging during the contractual process. Most important is the efficiency and expertise of the contractor. He was prompt, efficient, courteous, and did the best job possible on my drywall repair issues.   The work crew was professional, diligent and friendly. A roof leak was remedied with more durable material than what the previous contractor used. The new roof looks spectacular and our estimate that we received last summer was still honored. It was a pleasure working with Northcoast.

  The company went way beyond the call of duty to help me. We had a water problem come up on a Saturday and they came out that evening to resolve it.   So glad I selected NorthCoast Roof repairs for my detached garage. Their work was super-fast with a quick turnaround time on the appointment. They offer a great warranty and didn’t try to push an upsell on unnecessary work. I have already referred them to a few friends. I would definitely use again.

  Last December we discovered major leaks in the roof and hired North Coast Roof Repairs. They tarped off the area to prevent future damage, but couldn’t get started until late May, which was a long time to wait and the explanation was that it was because of a wet Spring. The crew they subcontracted with did a great job and finished the roof work within 3 days. The owner of North Coast Roof Repairs was supposed to come on 6/2 to put back siding and gutter spouts he had originally removed, and remove a lot of leftover materials in our driveway. 3 weeks later, still nothing was taken care of. The new target dates to complete the job were 6/22-6/23, but they were no shows. Multiple calls and texts have been unanswered, so now we’ll have to pay someone new to finish and haul away the leftover materials. Edited to say that in mid July, they did finish the job.
