  I would not recommend this roofing company. From the beginning, communication was poor, and it was difficult to get clear answers about the project timeline. The work was delayed multiple times without proper updates. The quality of the installation did not meet my expectations, and I had to point out several issues that should have been addressed before the job was considered complete. Getting the company to respond to follow-up requests was frustrating, and resolving the problems took much longer than it should have. After we filed a lawsuit, someone who said they were a friend of the company owner shared information with us that, from our perspective, helped explain why the project had been delayed. I cannot independently verify everything I was told, but it raised additional concerns about how our project was handled. I also became aware of a YouTube video discussing a lawsuit involving this company. I encourage anyone considering hiring them to do their own research and review publicly available information before making a decision. Based on my experience, I recommend getting multiple estimates and carefully reviewing customer feedback before choosing a contractor. P.S. I hired this roofing company expecting professional service , but my experience was very disappointing. My roofing project was delayed, and during that time I had great difficulty getting anyone to answer my calls or provide updates. The lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and left me without answers about my project. I later learned there were personal issues affecting the company, their family friend who recommended me said that owner of this company had a pregnant mistress and when wife (who’s scheduling jobs) found it out later he punched her and was arrested and Child Protective Services were involved in it as well that’s why our 51K project was delayed.   I had a very disappointing experience with this roofing contractor. The work was poorly done, communication was inconsistent, and deadlines were repeatedly missed without any clear explanation. After the job was supposedly finished, I noticed several issues that should have been addressed from the start, and getting them to respond for repairs was frustrating. I expected professionalism and quality workmanship, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive either. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this contractor and suggest others do thorough research before hiring them.

  Darrell, this project was funded through United Way and North Wood's Roofing was not paid directly by you. United Way instructed us to stop the work, after they identified concerns regarding your request/use of funds for unapproved projects, mainly remodeling the entire interior of the house. North Wood's Roofing does not take payment and leave projects unfinished. We followed the direction of the of the organization managing and funding the project. If you have questions about why the project was stopped, please call the United Way directly.

  We hired North Wood’s Roofing to repair leaks from the roof of our Lanai, and to repair areas around the chimney on the house roof. Despite numerous efforts, the lanai roof leaks are still present. There are visible gaps on the shingles that were replaced and uneven application of materials used for the repair. They were called out at least five times for the same issues. We were told that they were losing money on this job by both the project manager and the owner. The fact that this was mentioned to us at all to us was very unprofessional. If the job had been done correctly from the beginning, there would have been no need to continue to call them back. Given the extreme substandard “work” and unacceptable conduct of all the workers, it created an uncomfortable environment during what should have been a routine service.

  These people did a crappy job on my roof it leaked and did a stain inside the house I tried two months to get it fixed all they do is lie be careful they didn't do the ceiling yet so they are liars

  North Wood’s Roofing Inc did an awesome job. I never had the pleasure of meeting Tyler in person as my brother-in-law handled everything for me. However, Tyler did keep me informed as to what was happening via phone calls and text messages. He also sent me photos while the work was in progress. Everything was done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the final result and the cleanup afterwards.

  I had Tyler come out and do an estimate for a new roof for my home. From the moment he stepped out of his truck he was super friendly, super knowledgeable, and very professional! He was patient and answered all of my questions. The price was fair. Everything, right down to talking with the lady who scheduled my appointment was an awesome experience, and I would happily and highly recommend them to anyone! Can't wait to get my new roof!
