  Hello Lexi, we do not have you in our system. Did you fill out our web inquiry form on our website ? This is the process that is required. If you called during working hrs, our main office would of captured the call and recorded it.

  Horrible customer service. Inquired about a roof, Mike told me someone would be contacting me the next day to schedule a day to come by. I have yet to hear back. Yes, you wouldn’t have my information in the system because it was my fiancé who contacted you. No worries the other companies responded and came by the next day for a quote, that is what I call good customer service, which is what your company lacks.

  John came out to give me a quote for fixing a leaky skylight and ended up reconnecting a wire system that had become disconnected free of charge. I will definitely be going back to them with my roofing needs. Great service. Unfortunately, I had to update my review. I have called them four times and left messages in the last month and they have never returned my calls.

  DO NOT HIRE!! I hired this company to replace my roof. Paid them in April. It is now September. I had to go and get my money back. Zero and I mean zero contact from Mike. Every time I had to contact them. Mike couldn’t even contact me to work out when my roof was going to be replaced. Very very unprofessional. Now I have to wait until next spring to get an actual roofing company to replace my roof. Thank you for wasting my time. Feel free to contact me for the whole horror story about this company.

  Daryl came out a week ago yesterday to inspect the roof and provided pictures of all the repairs required. He explained everything well and we requested an estimate that night. Kudos as well to Tenisha the office manager who provided a quote quickly. It was within our budget so we agreed. Tenisha had us booked for Monday August 17th but promised that weather permitting she would try and get us sooner. She contacted us Thursday morning and said Daryl was on his way. He provided pictures of all he repaired and was done by 10:00 a.m. August 13th. Thanks for the good job and excellent customer service.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my roof and eavestroughs replaced by North London Roofing, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Greg was the only person who actually went up on the roof during the estimate, which showed right away how thorough and professional he is. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me, and was really easy to work with. The roof and gutters look fantastic. The crew was organized, respectful of the property, and you can tell they take pride in doing quality work. What really stood out to me was Greg’s honesty. When my neighbour asked him to take a quick look at his roof, Greg actually went up to assess it before telling him he still had about ten years left before needing a replacement. He could’ve easily said otherwise, but he was completely upfront and ethical. That kind of integrity is rare these days and it speaks volumes about his character. It’s not easy finding someone you can trust for big home projects, but I’d recommend Greg and his team in a heartbeat.

  North London roofing installed our new roof quickly and efficiently. It's been a few years now and the roof still looks great. I even asked them to do a few extra things which they did without complaint. In a bad storm earlier this year a piece of my original facia blew off (not installed by them). I messaged them hoping they would fix it for me and they did, making me a new custom bent piece and installing it for a great price. Hard working tradespeople...give them a call!

  Had a problem with a leaking skylight at the end of winter and called up several roofing companies. NL Roofing provided the best quote and actually treated us with respect, which I can't say for most of the others I reached out to. Kurt was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond. I definitely recommend them and will reach out to them first for future roofing needs.
