They showed up next day for an Estimate which was a good start. They only measured the footprint of the house & counted Squares from the ground. Hmmm! Color samples were left with us to look at. Was told an email estimate would be sent that evening. Didn't happen. Mother's Day weekend. (Ok, I can roll with that reason). A few calls later & still no estimate as of the Friday, a weekend & 2 Business Days later! When I called the final time to say "we are taking our business elsewhere" it still took two calls for them to retrieve their samples from our porch! They apparently didn't want to do our roofing job!

Both Chris, and Dean and the crew are rock stars!!! I called 4 company's and of all of them only NA Georgia showed up. They were at my house within 1 hour! Good crew. Done in 1 day. Chris came out a couple more times with samples as my original color was not HOA approved. Good people, and I definitely recommend them!!!! 5 stars!!!

Mr. Blackwell went out of his way and placed new roofs on every building we have. He took time out of his busy schedule to give back to his community and we couldn’t ask for a better company to show our support. Not only was the job done …

If you’re looking for a roof look no further these guys are the best in the business. From doing a great job on the roof to not leaving one piece of trash in the yard these guys were great. If you need a roof give Dean Brown a call.

It is very rare these days to find service providers who are actually passionate about what they do and go the extra to make sure it's done right the first time . That's Chris Blackwell and it shows in his crew . Chris went out of his way to take care of our roof problems that were getting worse with each passing day . I contacted Chris on a Friday with my concerns and he was at my door the following morning on Saturday . Couldn't have asked for a better service experience. I might add that Chris took care of issues stemming from another local company's short comings and oversights . I will be a customer for life.

These guys will take care of anything, no matter the size of the project. I called Chris and everything was smooth sailing from that point. They met with the insurance agent, performed their work, and left a clean site when they were complete. We cannot thank you enough and will use your services again. Thanks again.
