  I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your roofing needs. I talked to this company at least 6 times and can’t even get a quote on having our roof repaired. The girl in the office seems very nice but her husband who apparently does all the estimating is completely unreliable. As a business owner myself I understand we’re in some strange times right now but being told at least 3 times that he’ll put our quote together and as of today I STILL haven’t received anything is ridiculous. The original contact was at least 3 months ago. That’s some terrible customer service.

  Sorry we cannot accommodate you at this time. Your cabin is in serious need of structural repair and we do not offer that type of service. Sorry for any inconvenience.

  These guys did a great job for us replacing our porch roof in the spring. Obviously when the tree came down and damaged the same roof a couple of weeks ago, we thought of North Coast. Five calls and messages and never heard back. Honestly was it something we said?

  Again.....no call back ! if you don't want to do the job just tell me !! What happened to professional integrity....I had high hopes you would come through ....boy was I wrong. No worries though I got another company to do the job .....

  Great customer service! Nate was quick to inspect, get a quote and get our roof on the schedule. They were super accommodating with my schedule and kept me updated on the progress throughout. Very happy with their work.

  Had an issue with the roof after high winds. Called and they came out in a timely manner and took care of our issue. Did a great job and we were very satisfied! Highly recommend!

  Very prompt and professional company! Everyone from the owner to the employees were honest & kind and very helpful with any questions we had. Finally, after 3 (yes, three) different ‘contractors’ repaired my leaking roof, it is finally fixed!! Thank you !!

  Awesome job. Have had many nails and gutter trim scraps. Job and personal were great. Total roof strip and replace. Including a bunk of plywood (just in case). Gutters also. Blended in to roof of the Florida room nicely. New roof vent fans also. Great experience. Would recommend.

  I started working with Northcoast after hail damage to my property which started in 2023. The owner showed up to all of my meetings with my insurance and his office manager helped me guide through a nightmare. They stood behind what needed done and the work was incredible!! If looking for work to be done give them a call.

  I highly recommend North Coast Roofing. I had a roof replaced August 2024. They were excellent, organized and thorough. Jon is a great communicator and easy to work with, as every question and concern was important. Always prompt with calls and appointments. They are also skilled at working with the insurance companies. Thank You North Coast!

  Great work and professionalism aren’t extinct! North Coast Roofing installed new gutters at my home. It looks brand new and the workers were spot on! Will be using them on my upcoming roof job. Give them a call. You will be pleasantly satisfied.
