  We had a very disappointing experience with EverDry. The sales process was extremely high-pressure. We were told a significant discount was only available if we signed the contract while the salesperson was in our home. We were also told the electrical work was included in the price, but later had to provide security camera footage proving what the salesperson said before EverDry honored it. During the project, the crew left excessive dust, disconnected an HVAC duct in our crawlspace and never reconnected it, and damaged both our siding and an HVAC drain line. In both damage situations, EverDry disputed responsibility. They did end up repairing the drain line. The siding issue was the most frustrating. Multiple contractors, including ones that EverDry sent out, determined that our original siding could not be spot repaired because matching material was unavailable. EverDry initially committed to replacing the siding, then later reversed course and offered only a patch-and-paint solution. Management eventually claimed I couldn't prove their crew caused the damage despite before-and-after photo evidence. I ultimately had to file a homeowners insurance claim to replace the siding, which increased my insurance costs. While some issues were eventually addressed, the amount of time spent documenting problems, following up for updates, and fighting to get EverDry to take responsibility was unacceptable. I would not use this company again.

  Did not do all work on contract.Installers did good but while reaching out to everdry to find out if there would be any reimbursement for work not done they said it was all part of garentee. Nothing to go wrong if they don't put tile and drop box in.I feel like I have been taken advantage Leo Schroeder

  They have not finished my crawl space with easy breath System I called them and they said they would get on it and never called back and it’s been two months. Worst company I’ve ever seen. but they have no problem just showing up and trying to sell you shit and get your money

  Salesman provided quote for job with lots of detail for work that would happen for the price. However contract work changed early on due to workers stating that certain areas would not be dug. (Salesman needs more hands on experience before selling ) About 25% of crawl space not dug. Area by outside deck not dug. We contacted office with questions about this. Response was the warranty is still good but received NO price change when contract work wasn't completed as quoted. Remaining crawlspace -approx 75%- and outside areas -approx 70%- that were completed were done correctly. Scheduling was somewhat difficult - some days no-call / no-show although someone stayed home to wait for them. Communication could have been better. Workers on site were friendly and worked thru the tough job especially the cold. Eric(?) supervisor was most helpful with information about the job and detailing what we needed to know.

  Started my job then left me hanging for a month till I complained then I got "bumped up" even though I was already supposed to be on the schedule. It didn't seem like the other teams communicated very well with one another as it seemed that they were confused as to what was supposed to be done. The work was decent not as professionally finished as we were expecting. Can't say how it will hold up yet. Communication was very very very poor. No idea what time they would show up. The first day they just left and didn't say when they were done for the day. They were friendly when you did talk with them. It appears they have used my neighbors dumpster (without Communication with me to see if it was okay) so it ended up back at my house as they dont allow others to use it.

  0 stars. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Do not allow them to do a home visit and convince you they are the best. So far, my experience with them has been horrible. Every time it rains, my basement leaks, even in places they have had to come back and fix over and over. Now, my basement has water in 2 rooms that have never had leaks prior to their service. Yes; they offer a lifetime warranty, however, I’d rather not need to utilize the “free” service every time it rains. I’d rather you get it right the first time, and possibly a second. They will tell you that the first time they come might not fix all the issues due to the structure differences of each house, so therefore they might have to come back out to fix the gaps… This is understandable, however, this has become an ongoing issue that doesn’t stop. I’ve had this service one year and they have had to come back out numerous of times to fix a leak. (At least 8 times if not more). Not to mention, the first time they finished the job, the work was messy, unprofessional, and the white backing wasn’t even tucked in the wall in some places. Work looked very rushed. After that, we’ve had to call non stop. The sump pump wasn’t even leveled to the ground and was raised, instead of flushed so the water could drop down into it. Instead, the water was sitting around it. I could go and on, and I have so many pictures and videos of everything as well. Save yourself the headache and please do not go with this company. Do not allow them to bully you. The phones are some of where the work appeared rushed, messy, and the white backing wasn’t tucked in. This is how they left it. Have had to call them back out for this issue multiple times on top of the leaks that keep happening.

  I had some small issues after installation. I’ve called Everdry two times. Mike C helped me both times. He came over right away. The first time I called, he came the same day and the second time I called, he came the next day. He was very kind and courteous. He fixed the issues right away.

  Xavier O did an awesome job. The first team that came out, they put the pipes on the side and they were in the way of mowing my side yard. Xavier O rerouted the pipes to the front and it looks great. Thank you Xavier O you made me a happy customer. Keep up the great work.
