  Had to have a crew come out 3 total times. 1 for the actual work and 1 to finish the job. And finally 1 to completely redo everything. Staff were friendly, but they subcontract and they have no quality control of those contractors. The last crew that came was a couple a good workers that seemed to know what they were doing. But I was told someone was going to be out to make sure it was done right. No supervisor came out and they clearly did not document the needed replacements to the fixes because one of the installed drip edges still leaks when it rains. This was after having (what i thought) was a productive discussion with a project manager and I was assured it would be completed to the expected quality. At this point, what's the point of having someone out. It took well over a month for it to almost be completely done correctly. $100 off for the inconvenience was nice. Even though from inspection to completion was 3 damn months, the day after completion they regularly hounded me every 2 days for payment. And they're the type of company to make you pay for the credit card service fee. If you use this company, you better know how to inspect work on your house or you may be calling someone soon after to fix your fix. To be clear, most of the work is done correctly now except for one part. But it was super stressful getting there.

It took far too long, well beyond our usual standards, to reach completion, and having to bring a crew back multiple times to get the work done right is not the standard of service we strive to deliver. We take full ownership of the gaps in our project management and communication on your job. You should never have been left wondering whether a supervisor was overseeing the final steps, nor should you have had to deal with a persistent issue like a leaking drip edge after being assured it was resolved. That falls directly on us, and we are actively addressing our internal oversight and scheduling handoffs so this doesn't happen again. While we do utilize professional, trusted installation partners to help us serve our customers, we maintain full responsibility for their workmanship, quality control, and the final result. This is a common practice throughout the roofing industry. The installation partner you referenced is actually a former Freedom employee who chose to start his own business. We were proud to support him in taking that next step, but regardless of who performs the installation, the responsibility ultimately rests with us. As you noted, we sent one of our senior crews along with a supervisor to completely redo and correct the installation because we refuse to walk away from a job until it meets our standards. Regarding processing fees and "the kind of company" we are, passing along credit card processing fees is a standard operational practice that allows us to keep our core pricing fair and transparent for all homeowners without building payment processing overhead into our standard estimates.   I did not hire this company. I am the immediate neighbor of a house they recently reroofed. The complete lack of respect from Freedom Roofing for surrounding property is unacceptable. Instead of keeping their equipment and operations contained to the job site, the full dumpster is still parked directly in front of my home after 2 days and counting. Roofing and compressors continued until 10:20pm, on a school night. Equipment was driven through my property and the hazard of roofing nails and other debris has been visible on our lot. This is a complete lack of professionalism represented by this company.

  Hi Derek! We are so sorry about Thursday night the guys absolutely worked hard and late (over 14 hours) to get the Grant Family's roof done next door. The weather kept changing and showing a possibility of rain overnight and we hate to trust a tarp as they can become a parachute in the blink of an eye. As you probably saw our Quality Control Manager was there this morning to do the final inspection and collect anything the crew missed due to the lack of light at the end of the day. They actually did a great job given the circumstances and we really appreciated their efforts to work late to ensure the roof was fully completed! However, we do recognize the blowers at 10pm to clean their driveway and patio area could have waited until the next day. Other school districts are already on summer break and it didn't cross their mind, but they wanted to ensure Jarid's father didn't step on any nails in the driveway/sidewalk/deck. The dumpster was called for pickup yesterday and was picked up earlier today within 24 hours, but we apologize if that particular spot on Freedom Lane is where you park your car. Oddly enough we had a dog walker go by at 9pm praising us for how hard to crew worked all day and was surprised to see we got it done in one day, and understood about the chance of rain being very risky, especially when the homeowners were on vacation and no way to tell if it was leaking. I know your wife Vanessa who works at Owens Corning can understand that the roofing industry is full of the unexpected, and unfortunately we have to take calculated risks sometimes in business. As you know, there is no fence on the front side between you and Jarid's property line, and it isn't always that obvious whose side it is as the grass is green on both sides. If we infringed on your side, we are incredibly sorry. Again, grass isn't marked, and we apologize for being mistaken.   I recently inspected a roof done by freedom. Have to say it wasn’t the worst, but it definitely wasn’t the best. I myself Have had 10 years plus in the roofing industry. If the owner of the company walked the roof himself, he would agree at the shotty work that I found,in my opinion was done because of lazy work. Just wanting to get done,on all the rakes Jagged, shark teeth, meaning they didn’t use a straight edge to cut it. Shingles not butted properly with gaps in the crotch lines. Flashing with gaps in it, flashing on the outside of the siding. No kick out flashing anywhere to prevent water damage to walls.Lack of vents added for more ventilation needed for the roof to breathe To extend the life of the shingles. Was rather disappointed. An Installer can make or break your business and needs to be properly trained and you just need better inspections during install to catch these problems during the installation.

  Nicholas, These cosmetic issues were agreed upon to be fixed prior to you going there. The homeowner never agreed to have you post any pictures or make any comments, some of which are incorrect. These issues were rectified shortly after you came on the agreed upon date from the homeowner for us to come back. The homeowners stated they did not give you permission to post pictures of their home or advocate whatsoever on their behalf and want this taken down.   Roof redone Oct 2024: --Pipe boot was poorly installed, I asked for it to be fixed. They did. --The edges around my skylights looked pretty rough, I had to ask for those to be fixed. They sort of did. --I was concerned about some spots on our flat roof but told not to worry about them, that that's just how flat roofs look. Reluctantly let that one go.. --They were supposed to put our balcony railings back up on platforms as they were before, they did not put platforms underneath them. This was not a concern we realized until May 2025, when we got an active leak. Active leak May 2025: Someone came out to check some spots we had concern over after a few hard rains, they said nothing to worry about, we were fine with that answer. However, an area we did not check together started actively leaking a few hours later over an in progress remodel. A different guy came the next day and said someone would be out probably two days later to fix the leak and the areas around the skylights and flat roof. 12 days later and several phone calls and texts, they have ghosted me and we have nothing on the schedule. My five month long remodel can't wrap up until they fix this, and that makes this even more frustrating.

Our records show that upon receiving the quote for repair quote from Sue Marsh, Chris had Zach inspect the areas of concern, and Sue's husband said the gutter company whom initially installed the gutters came back out to fix, and that no leaks occurred after that. We believe you mistakenly gave Freedom a 1-star review as the call was answered and we provided a free inspection, but no quote was necessary. If you see this and realize this was made in error, we would appreciate you deleting the review. Please have Sue reach out to us again for any future exterior needs!

  We couldn't be happier and HIGHLY recommend them!!! Freedom completely transformed our neglected 106 yr old house, replaced all our windows and resided it. Their craftsmanship truly speaks for itself. We received multiple estimates for this project, and they were still the most cost effective option without compromising an ounce of quality! They were professional, incredibly patient, and answered every single question we had along the way, making the entire process relatively stress free (every project will have its hiccups.)   the crew that came out was just amazing!! They were there till around 10 that night omg. We have never been as impressed with the work ethic and professionalism your crew showed and the wife and I were just blown away with how beautiful it all looked. We didn't get anyone's name as they were just to busy working. When they were finished you wouldn't even know they were there other than the new roof. I think the whole crew was just awesome at their craft. Every time we drive in home all we can do is stare at that beautiful roof. Even mowing lawn I'm always screwing up my lines as I'm staring off at that awesome roof lol. And the first time it rained the water just beaded off the roof. Yes we are beyond satisfied with Freedom and will recommend you guys any time we hear someone needs a roof. Hands down one of the best companies I’ve delt with from first contact to finished work

  One of the few companies I could get to even come look at the roof of my shed. Not only did they quote me a reasonable price, the workers had it done in less than a day. No more leaks and it looks great!

  I can’t say enough good about this company!! From the quote to picking types and colors to the finished projects. They were helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. The owner, Brady, walked me through every step on what needed to be done, recommendations and the pricing. The workers were knowledgeable, and respectful to us and our property. They made sure everything was cleaned up and someone even came out and inspected the work and talked to us to make sure it was exactly as we wanted before we were invoiced. They are a top notch company and you won’t be disappointed.
