Got a quote last year and financing fell through. This year it was over double the price and they seemingly refused to send me a quote. Even called and asked about it. I was told they were working on it and would get it to me end of week. Waited so long the bank canceled our loan application and requested we reapply when we can get a quote. Not people of their word. Don't tell me you'll do something and neglect your word.

I’m sorry you feel that way. Your roof in the matter of a year got even more damage. I never gave you a price so I don’t know how we would be double the cost anyhow. You told me you needed a licensed contractor in Michigan and I told you I’m not licensed in Michigan because you were filing for a grant. I didn’t mean to waste your time or make you feel this way. I apologize .

Kyle was very nice! He helped assist me in picking out my new board and batten siding after the hail damaged my previous siding. He also recommended I upgrade my gutters to 6" gutters to eliminate water from shooting over the front. Kyle also helped pick out a new garage door that I absolutely love! I am very pleased with the quality of work provided in a timely manner!

John and Kyle were great to work with. Super easy to communicate with, answered all my questions, and made the whole process simple. You can tell they actually care about doing a good job and taking care of people. Definitely recommend Affordable Roofing if you need any roofing, siding, or gutter work.

We had the roof shingles replaced on the roof, some wood trim on the roof and painted, 7or 8 ft gutter replaced in back of house. The gutter guards on the front gutters of the house(plastic) and the back of the house were half round stainless steel. It looks very nice. First two days for the roof and clean up then maybe a week for the gutter replacement and gutters guards, painting the trim and the new section of gutter. The workers were very nice men enjoyed talking to them on their break.Excellent job, Highly recommended, Gregory Mendoza
