  Roof looks fantastic, however a lot of other damages were done in the process on the siding, porch, and windows.

  Hey Ryan, you’ve replied to our Facebook page with the same concern, but after our reply, it seems that you’ve deleted it. So we will reply in the same manner here. During the roof installation there were multiple area of the building that were rotted dilapidated and already falling apart. This was not in our original scope of work and would be considered a change order as we were unaware that these things would happen during the roof installation. We’ve submitted these change orders to you and we would gladly fix them but we have not heard from you. I also would like to mention that you still have an open balance on your account of about $80,000 which we have not been paid for the work that we agreed upon. We take pride in our work our clean up and we would never do something intentionally to our clientele.

  DIFFICULT EXPERIENCE The positive aspect of our project was that the roof installation itself went fairly well, and the gutter installation was completed without many issues. Unfortunately, nearly every other part of this project was frustrating due to poor communication, lack of coordination, and repeated workmanship problems. During this installation it was communicated to change any rotted or damaged wood, yet that did not fully happen. This began a lot of the problems moving forward. Communication was one of the biggest issues from beginning to end. For example, a damaged skylight blind was installed and, nearly three months later, it still has not been addressed. We also experienced a lack of coordination between the roofing crew and the gutter contractor. Because they were not communicating with one another, the roof drip edge was trimmed before the new gutters were installed, creating an avoidable problem. The siding installation was by far the worst part of this project. Our one-story ranch home should not have taken from the end of May until the end of July to complete. The company uses subcontractors, and our project was assigned to one of those crews. Problems actually began before installation started. We ordered a roof color called Burnished Slate, which is a deep brown, along with Monterey Sand siding. However, the fascia and soffit that were delivered were the color Slate, which is gray. We notified the company immediately that the materials were incorrect, but the project moved forward anyway. The first subcontractor appeared to have very little experience installing siding. Instead of making progress, they caused significant damage and created numerous installation problems. We repeatedly pointed out issues, including poor cuts, bubbles in the siding, and incorrect work around doors and windows, but were met with excuses rather than solutions. The only time we received immediate attention was after making a Facebook post warning others about our

  They seem nice, but I'm not sure about the work. I was scheduled to go over some gutters at 9 am. They showed up at 10 and looked over the gutters (they got on the roof more than most people seem to do). Told me what all could be done from them and that they would send a quote later that day, but that was a month ago. Edit: it's been about 5 months and I still never got an estimate. On top of the March appointment i called again in May they came out it was raiing so didn't get on the roof or anything like last time gave a rough quote but said the system wasn't working and would send an offical one later. Guess what never got one. So in July I call one last itme to set up an appointment was told there is an estimate and that it would be E-mail to me. I'm sure you can guess what happen, never got this so called E-mail. I tried to email them never heard anythign back. Since i was also told they only keep estimate for 14 days not sure how trrue they still have an estimate almost 2 months or 5 later.

  Still waiting! Scheduled an appointment for a quote to be done last Friday and still waiting. No show and no contact to us saying they were not able to come. Took a day off work for this appointment and they never showed up. Glad it was sunny and nice so was able to work in my yard. We like to keep our business local but sad the local business can’t meet their appointments.

  Working with Nitro Construction on repair of our garage after wind storm damage was not a pleasant experience. First let me state that the roofers were top notch. The company management and office staff were difficult in the areas of communications and project follow through: i.e. messages were not returned, emails not answered, and appointments not kept. Although we are pleased with the work, we are not pleased with management.

  BEWARE!!! I like to get a few quotes and then look at my options. I have never had a roof repaired and this was the worst experience I could have imagined. They came back today and told me if I didn't use them I owed them 25% of the total cost. Shame on me for not reading and understanding before I signed to just get a quote. I have never been locked into anything by getting a no hassle free quote from any company.

  Nitro installed the Euroshield product on our church's roof. They did a great job,. fighting the rain almost every day. The crew worked late to finish the job on time and cleaned up very well. Good job guys.

  Crews were efficient and cleaned up the area nicely after work was finished. We are very happy with the results! Our only problem was in communication with the office about starting dates for the project. We needed to call several times, leaving messages, and when we finally reached a live person they didn’t seem to know that we had called multiple times. We felt like we were finally scheduled only due to persistence on our part. This process could be improved.

  I had a very good experience from the beginning when I had all of the damage on my roof. I called Nitro Roofing. They came out immediately and. Tarp the roof so I would not have Any leak. A new roof was installed looks very nice. They did a great job, a few things that I had to have fixed. They came right back and took care of the slight problem. The sales representative Josh Cox has been very kind and has taken care of me from the beginning of the project to the end… I would recommend this company to any of you if you need a new roof.
