  I can't share my experience because they won't call me back. I called twice to see if they would give us a quote and they completely ignored us.

  The quote process was extremely professional with a video of the roof and explanation of any issues or repairs needed. The replacement of our roof took several weeks (including gutter and soffit/fascia work) with little communication of when work would be done. I also had to follow up with them about completing some smaller details that had not been taken care of as was agreed upon in the beginning of the process. Once the work was completed it seemed like a good job done- it has held up well for the past two years. When I contacted J. Alexander again for information on further repairs of other sections of our roof, I did not receive any response, even after two different messages. Communication is quite lacking with this company.

  From the first call, I had professional treatment. They came and provided actual "real" quote, I reviewed other companies which failed to do so. Great selection of color choices with samples dropped off at my house and they provided upon my request actual homes where the different colors were applied for me to drive by. Installation was scheduled to meet my calendar. Installation crew put in a very long day and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Very hard working team doing the work. Totally HAPPY!!

  Tristan was extremely flexible and worked with my schedule to get a new roof on within 2 weeks of getting a new home. His crew had the whole roof done in 5 hours, it looked exactly the way i wanted to and everything in my yard was cleaned up. I would highly recommend J Alexander roofing for there professionalism and efficiency!

  J Alexander responded very quickly and provided a detailed estimate so fast that it made Jimmy John’s look slow! Seriously, I am very impressed with their pricing and responsiveness and will definitely put them on my go-to contractor list for the clients I serve.

  J Alexander Roofing was absolutely great to work with. They came out to our house and gave us a quote and explained all of our options to us. They gave us a book with these options listed as well. We picked our roof style and color from there and they scheduled us a few weeks later and our roof was done in just one day. I would highly recommend going through J Alexander to anyone needing roofing work done.

  We called Joe to give use an estimate on our roof. Part of our roof is an 8/12 pitch and part is a flat roof. The flat roof is the one that had been seriously neglected. The kind of roof that you hade to watch where you walk or you would go through the roof and into the attic. Joe came in at $4000 under what we thought it would cost to fix the whole roof. We had just bought the house and we were having some HVAC work done along with water lines moved. We told Joe we need it done right away. Might as well do everything at the same time before we move in. Joe showed up a couple days later. Two days after that they were done and cleaned up. If we ever move again (I doubt it will happen) Joe will be the only roofing contractor I call for a new roof. He was very honest on what he will do and how much it will cost. In the end we received a beautiful new roof for less than what we thought it would cost.

  I have used Alexander roofing several times and every time they come out they are highly efficient and professional. Time and time again they have installed roofing without mistakes and the job site is always cleaned up of nails and debris. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new roof or repairs to give J Alexander a call.
