  Took 3 months, numerous calls and text messages to get the roofing job done. He said there were reasons “excuses” for that. He tried a number of ridiculous upsells. His crew did a good job on the roof but the window wrap guys left a mess. All around bad experience.

  Alex was informative and professional, he walked us through every step of the process and was extremely responsive whenever we had questions. He is an expert at navigating the ins and outs of insurance claims as well. We went from a denied claim to getting the full replacement of our roof covered completely due to his expertise and knowledge of roofing and state laws and requirements. Our new roof is beautiful and a few days after installation we had a massive storm with no issues. I would highly recommend Nordicraft Construction & Roofing to anyone that is seeking professional quality at a fair price.

  This has been my first roof replacement and Alex helped me from the very beginning (with the insurance process) until the completion of the roofing project. The work was done in a timely matter and done professionally and looks great as well. I would definitely recommend Nordicraft Construction to any person with a roofing need.

  They did a great job on my re-roof, especially dealing with my insurance. Got the new roof covered when many of my neighbors didn't, and did a great job communicating with me through the job, which was on time and as promised. Highly recommend.
