  Jason and New Life Restoration & Construction did a fantastic job with installing gutters on my house and a new roof for my shed!   Jason came and did an inspection due to the recent storms. He found no signs of hail damage but did find damage from my trees and a hole where the chimney is causing a leak. Was quoted a good price and the work was done quickly. Jason and his team did a great job repairing the roof.

  Although the project took much longer than expected due to weather, and some unforeseen changes/additional work and a change of workmen, the project turned out better than I expected. Every detail was attended to, and it was a pleasure working with Jason and most of the contracted workers. I would highly recommend this company for your project/s. What began as a simple vision for roof preservation quickly evolved into a full-scale restoration of a historic working barn — a project that ultimately required structural reinforcement, a complete electrical rework, custom concrete slab work, and architectural metal integration across the entire property. From the ground up, we rebuilt the addition with a new reinforced concrete slab and framing system tied into the original build. The barn itself underwent extensive structural shoring throughout, with new bracing and custom truss work installed across the entire span — not as a surface fix, but as a true structural correction designed for long-term stability. The electrical system was completely reworked throughout the barn — a process that required opening up the structure, clearing out years of deterioration and compromised wiring, and reworking everything to restore both safety and light — bringing new life back into it. On the exterior, we installed a .22-gauge Cor-Ten steel roofing system, selected specifically for its ability to naturally patina over time. This wasn’t just a roofing decision, but an architectural one — allowing the metal to evolve with the barn while preserving its original character and delivering long-term performance. The cedar upgrade brought everything together visually, with multiple custom-built barn doors and trim elements fabricated specifically for this project. Every piece was built to match the scale, proportion, and feel of the original structure. Projects of this magnitude develop in phases as older structures reveal their needs.   Jason, Jesus, and Luis were easy to work with. There was no pressure or bs to add anything else other than the repairs/ enhancements that we needed done. They provided quality work and got it done the day before we were due some rain. I recommend them for quality roofing needs/ repairs.

During our inspection, we found multiple leaks, including around the solar penetration, HVAC vent, and a junction box. We also found several lead pipe jacks that had been chewed up by squirrels, which were letting water in. We replaced the damaged lead pipe jacks, swapped out the crushed 750 vent, replaced the leaking junction box with a proper roof-mounted box, and replaced the damaged decking in that section. We also handled the solar panel detach and reset so the repairs could be done correctly, then reinstalled everything once complete. At your request, we added ridge vent ventilation to improve airflow through the attic. Thanks again for trusting us with your home.

  This company was amazing from start to finish! Jason and his wife are wonderful people and so helpful! Our roof looks beautiful and was completed in one day! We also redid our sheds roof and had our pergola stained to match our fence. I would 100% recommend this company.

  Jason and his team did an amazing job on our roof, gutters, skirting and windows. Jason was the one calling the insurance and letting them know the amount they tried to give us was not enough. They cleaned up everything afterwards and he checked back once it was all done to make sure we were satisfied. Definitely recommend and would use them again.

The chimney was definitely leaking, it was a wise decision to replace the siding. It is not uncommon that Mortgage companies be include as a payee on insurance claim checks. It took Jen about 6 months to receive an initial payment from her mortgage company after mailing the check to them. The jury is still out as to whether or not they will release all of the remaining funds. We have had negative experiences with many "endorse & mail us your check" Loss Draft Dept Mtg Companies. Once you sign that check over, they are in control of your funds and how and if they will dispersed. When it comes to roof claims, mortgage companies can be a real hassle, making you jump through hoops and repeat processes, while they sit on your funds accruing interest the whole time. New Life can make this a simple process for you, we can handle the mortgage company endorsement, making your funds available immediately for necessary repairs. Before you sign that check over, you may want to give us a call :)
