Very communicative about the process and very prompt. Worked efficiently. Materials were delivered one day (on time) and they started promptly the next day. Project took longer than expected but they were professional about the extension. They cleaned up after each session. Billing and paying process was very user friendly. Standard Lifetime Roofing tier was the service completed that we opted for. Outstanding value for the job! Highly recommend this company.

My experience with New Image Elite Roofing Company was exceptional from start to finish. Mr. Stosh was a pleasure to work with—he was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and quick to provide effective solutions for every concern I had. What stood out most was his patience and willingness to thoroughly answer all of my questions, which gave me great confidence throughout the process. The persons he assigned to the project ensured that the job was completed. In addition, the estimate I received was very fair and transparent, which I truly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend New Image Elite Roofing Company located in LaPlata, MD to anyone looking for reliable roofing services. Thomasine

Matt and his crew have done several jobs for us including replacing a roof and shutters. They are easy to work with, have great customer service and get everything done in a timely fashion, they even went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and all trash was cleaned and taken away like they weren’t even here. They were also quick to return phone calls, answered all Our questions promptly and professionally and we will continue to use their services whenever we can. We have recommended them to several friends and have heard they’ve had the same results. Highly recommend New Image Elite!!!

New Image is the third company to come to my home and provide a quote. I hired them as the Project Manager took the time to remove siding to locate and identify where the water was intruding. The Project Manager explained how to fix it. The other companies did not investigate. I found New Image to be reliable and professional.

Alex was great as our POC! Very polite, professional and thorough. He was relentless in assisting us in getting roof replacement through our insurance company. The roofers were on time and finished our townhouse roof in half a day. When done, they thoroughly cleaned the area. I highly recommend this company.
