BEWARE!!! They will send a real nice guy named Manny to land the job but once you sign that contract the nightmare begins... you will agree to specific start dates and material drop offs but they will send a delivery crew the week before on a random day without any communication and a ton of supplies that need to fill your driveway or yard for 5-6 days before they start. They don't know what equipment should be used for demo and just stay away from this absolute horrible company

I don't know how these people stay in business. I had someone come look at my roof . Wanted to remove barrel tile and install a new metal roof. That was over 2 weeks ago. No call , no email, no proposal. I emailed the company . No one every responded back. Look for someone else !!

I had an exceptional experience with New Era Roofing and cannot recommend them highly enough. From beginning to end, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. A special thank you to Manny and Martine, who truly went above and beyond to help my mom with her roof. My sister and don’t live in the same state with our mom and these two New Era employees were very helpful in the process and explained in great detail wha we should expect at every step until my mother’s roof was completed. Manny even accommodated us with zooming us in to the meetings in preparation for this roofing project. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. They took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Their genuine care, attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding customer service made all the difference. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such compassion and dedication. If you’re looking for a roofing company that stands behind its work and truly cares about its customers, I wholeheartedly recommend New Era Roofing. Thank you again to both Manny and Martine for the exceptional customer service that they provided!
