When another roofing company left my Mom hanging after tarping her roof (3 months, no repairs), Elk came to our rescue. Not only did they repair the roof, they took care of other concerns that they noticed. Less than a month later, the roof developed another leak at a different location. Being right after a severe thunderstorm, I expected it to take a little while to get to Mom. But, Luke had the crew out to the house the very next morning. And, they thoroughly inspected the roof and discovered a third leak, and took care of it. This level of service and commitment is virtually unheard of these days! The crew was polite and respectful, and cleaned up the work area to perfection. I just wish I knew of Elk before I replaced my roof!

Cody and his team were terrific to work with! They offered fast and friendly customer service. Cody and his team were very knowledgeable about the problem with my roof and they were able to schedule and complete the repairs very quickly.

Highly recommend! Sadly, we've had to adjust to subpar response times, inconsistent service, often requiring us as consumers to supervise and manage the work being done. NOT SO with Elk Contracting. We were amazed, impressed, and delighted with their service from beginning to end. From the first call to request a bid, the home visit, talking us through all things roofing options, pros and cons, to the quick response for the proposal, answering questions, making adjustments, and then to signing the agreement, all went very smoothly and timely. Nick helped to kick things off and then Luke assumed the project manager role like a champ. Multiple home visits as we selected the right color for the roof shingles to the same for the gutters and multiple downspouts, requiring different colors to match the home exterior are much appreciated. The day of installation, the crew and Luke arrived at 6:30 am and worked until 9:30 pm completing the entire installation (having an onsite project manager was important to us). Because it was dark, they were back at daylight the next day to complete the clean-up process, checking for nails, missed trash etc. Then a few days later the gutters were installed, quickly and professionally. The entire staff from owner and project manager to the installation crews worked hard, answered our questions, were great with communication and very professional. We haven't been as impressed with a service company in a long time. So glad we choose Elk Contracting to do this job!

I had a great experience with Elk roofing company from start to finish. They responded quickly, came out promptly to assess the damage, and took the time to clearly explain everything that needed to be done. What really stood out was how transparent and honest they were about pricing — no surprises, no pressure, just fair and reasonable costs for quality work. Special shout out to Chris! It’s hard to find companies that combine professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity the way they do. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing repairs or replacement. Outstanding customer service and workmanship!
