  Dear Love, We definitely want to apologize for your experience. All calls are answered by an answering service and this particular rep was just following the script and we are sorry you felt he was quick to cut you off. Unfortunately we do not provide repair services for any roof we did not install. We did listen to the particular call and the CSR did in fact recommend contacting a repair company and in the event that you decided to do a full replacement that we would be happy to provide an estimate. Thank you so much for reaching out with your feedback and again apologize that the call did not go as you had expected.

  I decided it was time to have my roof professionally evaluated to keep my home protected and avoid future issues. Michael was the technician who arrived, and he was professional, courteous, and highly experienced throughout the appointment. He carefully inspected the roof, explained his findings in a clear and honest way, and completed the roofing service with exceptional attention to detail. He also shared helpful recommendations for improving roof maintenance, weather protection, and structural durability. The work was completed efficiently, everything was left clean, and I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the service.

  I took way too long to get this posted- but we were incredibly happy with NEPA!! We had at least 5 estimates prior to making a decision. The work was done in a single day- tear off and cleanup included. I spoke to Byron and felt confident going into the project. It been over a year (sorry!!) and am very glad we chose them!

  I have to say I was blown away with NEPA. Upfront they are extremely professional, timely, and considerate. They created a plan and a timeline and stuck to it. The roof was extremely large, complicated, steep, and in dire need of repair. The NEPA team tackled the job in two days and left the property cleaner than when they found it. The best part of all is tbeir communication. Every step of the way I had clear communication with unprompted updates through the e tire process. I could not have asked for a better experience.

  Had a great experience. Made a call for a new roof because I had a leak . Byron had the guys out to me the next day . Very fast ,efficient and neat work. Very happy with my choice .

  Im very impressed by how fast these guys work. The terrain of my property is hilly and icy in the winter. That diddnt stop these guys! The pitch of my roof is also quite steep and I saw them walk on it as though it were flat ground. Price was also reasonable. I highly recommend them!

  Cannot say enough. Professional, clean and cost competitive. From the first call nothing but an excellent experience. This is a great company. The installation team was also very professional and respected my property and landscaping. Cleaned up well. My neighbors were also impressed.
