Can’t recommend Near Shore Roofing enough. They were recommended by a home inspector I trust, and I’m so glad I listened. John, the owner, and Alex were great to work with — they gave me a timeline and actually beat it, no delays or excuses. The price was fantastic, and they didn’t nickel and dime me for small extras. Every crew member was respectful and professional. Passed inspection right away, and everyone who’s seen the roof since says it’s a great job. They cleaned up every single day and swept for nails, and even followed up afterward. I highly recommend Near Shore Roofing to anyone in need of roofing work.

Reliable, affordable, timely, and great communication! Requested several quotes for a new metal roof, Near Shore roofing came in at the best price. They met with me at my home and completed all work in a timely manner. They cleaned up daily and I appreciated the extra communication letting me know about permits and roofing schedule. They even went beyond and replaced some fascia boards without charging me extra! A+ rating, and I highly recommend their professional services!

I highly recommend Near Shore Roofing. They were honest and very helpful. Many contractors asked "who did your roof" when they came to repair the rest of the storm damage to my house. I gave them the contact information so they could recommend this company to others. The price was great and they completed the work quickly!
