  When unexpected problems came up due to the roof’s age, they didn’t handle them well. Instead of explaining options, they just pushed forward without proper discussion

  I had a leak that started showing up around the ceiling after some heavy rain, so I called Navarro’s Roof Repairs to take a look. They checked the roof and found where the water was getting in instead of just covering up the visible damage. They repaired the problem and replaced the damaged area, and I haven't had the leak come back since. They were straightforward about what needed to be done and didn't try to turn a repair into a much bigger job. Everything was cleaned up afterward and the price was reasonable.
