dear roofing crew, thank you for the excellent work on our roof, shed roof, and gutter project. lucas, jermaine, and the rest of the team did a great job from start to finish. our home feels much quieter, fully watertight, and more secure after the new roofing work. the shingle installation, gutter work, and overall craftsmanship were done with real care, and the cleanup was spotless. we also appreciated how professional and patient everyone was while answering our questions and working around our dogs. the whole process felt smooth, organized, and easy, and the office staff was also very helpful, patient, and pleasant. really great roofing service and a strong result all around.

Was nice and professional until the money was paid. Said I had a year warranty but when I had concerns about the wood the response was there's nothing else we can do. So my other projects won't be done by this company.

The crew at Navarro Family Roof Repair is one of the best roofing teams I have ever seen. As a retired contractor with a lot of experience around storm-damaged homes and roof repair work, that says a lot. They worked quickly, stayed organized, and handled the job in a very professional way. After the roof replacement, the property was left spotless, and I could not find any debris around the house. Lucas has many years of hands-on roofing experience, and the price really surprised me in a good way. We compared several estimates, and this one came in much lower than the others, even with GAF architectural shingles and some rotted wood that needed to be replaced. The whole process was smooth, the workmanship was solid, and the value was excellent. Great service, fair pricing, and a roof job done right.

They did an excellent job replacing my roof. Lucas gave me a clear estimate after a full roof inspection and explained the roofing process in simple terms, including materials, scheduling, and what to expect during the tear-off and installation. My old roof had leaks, so it was the right time for a replacement, and Lucas helped move the schedule along before more rain could cause additional damage. He also handled the permit quickly, which made the whole project easier. The roofing crew arrived on time, worked professionally, and did a great job with the full roof replacement. They protected the property during the work and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. Jermaine, the project manager, kept me updated throughout the job, and the communication from start to finish was excellent. I also really appreciate the strong manufacturer warranty and workmanship warranty, which gave me extra peace of mind. After the recent heavy rain, I felt even more confident that choosing this roofing team was the right decision. Great service, skilled roofers, and a very smooth experience overall.

It’s been a while since we had our roof replaced, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The crew was very professional, did strong roofing work, and paid close attention to every detail during the install and cleanup. More recently, we noticed a leak and reached out for help. They responded quickly, inspected the roof carefully, and helped us find that the issue was actually coming from older windows, not the roofing system. Even so, they took the time to walk us through the problem and were ready to help if the roof had been involved. It’s clear they stand behind their roof work, care about customer service, and handle questions honestly. I would highly recommend them for roof replacement, leak checks, and dependable roofing service.

Lucas with Navarro Family Roof Repair gave us outstanding service from start to finish. He came out for a roof inspection and spent a full hour walking us through the repair process, explaining the damage, materials, and what to expect in simple terms. He was also there when the insurance adjuster arrived, and that made a huge difference because he helped answer every question about the roof and the needed repairs. Because of his support and clear communication, the claim process went much smoother for us. The crew completed the roof repair in just one full day, and Lucas returned the next day to check the finished work and make sure everything looked right. He was professional, quick to respond, and very knowledgeable about roofing. We highly recommend him for any roof repair or roof replacement needs.
