I contacted Navarro Brothers Roofing Llc after seeing a recommendation online because I needed some minor roof trim and fascia work. They were booked up, so it took a little while to get me scheduled, but it was not urgent and the communication was clear the whole time. I also reached out to two other roofing companies, and this was the only one that took the time to include details about a full roof inspection instead of looking at just the problem spot. That gave me more confidence that the roofing system, trim, and exterior areas were being checked the right way. Once the work was finished, they came back for a follow-up inspection to make sure everything looked good. During that visit, they noticed one section had not been completed exactly right the first time. They handled it quickly and professionally, sent the crew back within a few days, and made the repair properly without any hassle. I really appreciated the follow-through, attention to detail, and strong customer service. It is nice to work with a roofing company in New Egypt that stands behind its work and makes sure the job is done right.

It is not always easy to find a roofing company that does what they say, does solid work, and stands behind the job for a fair price. For our roof repair and full roof replacement, this crew really delivered. We had to schedule the project …

We had a great experience replacing the roof on our home. We spoke with four roofing contractors before choosing this team for our new metal roof, and they stood out right away. Everyone we worked with was professional, helpful, and easy to talk to throughout the whole roofing process. Mike was very hands-on and took time to clearly explain the roofing material choices, color options, possible wood decking repairs, and gutter work if needed. The estimate was very competitive, and in several areas the roofing specs we picked were actually better than other quotes that came in at about the same price. The roof installation went smoothly from start to finish. The crew showed up consistently each day and stayed focused on completing the job without delays. They also did a great job cleaning up the property at the end of each workday, which we really appreciated. The craftsmanship on the new metal roof looks excellent, and the fit and finish are top quality. There were no surprises during the project, and everything moved according to plan. It is hard to find a roofing company in NJ that combines strong communication, fair pricing, clean job site habits, and quality workmanship like this. We highly recommend them for roof replacement, roof repairs, and related exterior work.

After dealing with clogged gutters and roof runoff for years, we finally decided to upgrade our roofing drainage system with new gutters and gutter guards. Our home has a lot of nearby trees, so leaves, needles, and other debris were constantly filling the gutters through much of the year. We used to clean them over and over just to keep rainwater from spilling over the edges during normal storms. We tried all kinds of gutter cleaning tools, ladder attachments, and other fixes, and we also had the gutters professionally cleaned at times. Even then, it was only a short-term solution. In the end, adding quality gutter guards and new gutters was the best choice for protecting the roofline and improving water flow away from the house. From the first call to the final install, the whole experience was very good. Carson and the crew were professional, easy to work with, and clearly knew roofing and gutter systems well. The new gutters and guards were installed just before a period of heavy rain, and they performed really well. Water moved through the downspouts the way it should, and it was a big relief compared to the constant overflow we had before. We did notice a couple of small issues at first, including some overflow near a roof valley where a large section of the roof drains into one area, along with minor leaks at a few miter joints. We reached out, and Mike quickly arranged for a team to come back. They made the needed adjustments, checked the water flow carefully, sealed the leaking joints, and tested everything thoroughly to make sure the gutter system was working properly. What stood out most was that they did not just fix the obvious problem spots. They also checked the other gutter joints and made sure the full system was in good shape. That level of follow-up gave us a lot of confidence in their work and in the long-term performance of the gutter and roofing drainage setup. The new gutters and gutter guards look great, and now it is nice to hear rainwater m

Update: After the new charcoal gray slate-style roof was put on, a heavy rainstorm later revealed a leak near the dining room bay window ceiling. One area got bad enough that the paint started to bubble and we had to place several tubs down to catch the fast drips and protect the hardwood floor. Mike, Kaleb, and Ricky came back quickly within a couple of days, checked the flashing and problem area, and handled the repair right away. We really appreciated how responsive and professional the roofing crew was, and their follow-up gave us a lot of confidence in the workmanship and service. Original: The charcoal gray slate-look roof was installed recently, and after several strong rainstorms it has performed very well overall. A lot of that is due to the careful install work from Mike, Kaleb, Ricky, and the crew, who stayed on top of every detail during the roofing job. They handled small issues as they came up, paid close attention to the roof system, and did a thorough cleanup when the project was finished. The roof cost a bit more than standard shingle options, but not nearly as much as we first expected, and the added value in materials, curb appeal, and long-term protection made it worth it. Scheduling took a little extra time, but the final result was excellent, and we feel confident this roof will protect our home for many years.

It is hard to explain what five stars really means here. I honestly wish there were 20 stars. As a former contractor who can no longer work, my standards are very high, especially for roofing and gutter work. From the first phone call, Carson answered right away and I was able to speak with a real person. Carson said the roofing repair pricing would be ready within a day, but it actually came in just a few hours. The estimate was very fair, clear, and easy to understand. When we were ready to move forward, we called back to schedule the roof and gutter work, and Carson already knew who we were and the details of the job. We were told the crew might be able to get out within a couple of weeks, but then we got a message saying they had an opening much sooner. That alone was impressive. The foreman also called that same day to make sure we were all on the same page about the roof repair, materials, and the work that needed to be done. On the scheduled day, they even called ahead because they were running early. That almost never happens with contractors. The roofing crew arrived on time, acted very professional, and got right to work. Their workmanship was excellent. The repair was completed quickly, and the finished result looked better than I expected. They handled the roof work with real skill, and when they were done, the property was left spotless. You could barely tell any construction had taken place. Before leaving, the crew noticed that one of the existing gutter guards being reused was broken, and they simply fixed it at no extra charge. That kind of honesty and care is rare. Mike also stopped by to make sure everything looked right and that the whole roofing project was completed the way it should be. With so many contractors, it is common to deal with delays, poor communication, surprise costs, and work that has to be corrected later. This experience was the complete opposite. Everything was handled the right way from start to finish. Great communication, f

We had several roofing issues that needed attention, including attic ventilation, insulation, roof decking, and shingle replacement. The crew did an excellent job finding the right solutions and completing the work with real skill and care. Their communication was clear, and their response time was very fast from the first call through the final cleanup. They brought in a strong roofing team to remove and replace the shingles and decking, and they also added soffit venting, insulation, and attic baffles to improve airflow and overall roof performance. The whole project was handled smoothly, and it was clear the workers knew their trade well. Francis, Carson, and Mike were professional, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process. It was great to work with an experienced local roofer that understands the needs of homes in New Egypt. The workmanship was solid, the job site was kept neat, and the finished roof looks great. I would highly recommend them for roofing work, attic ventilation improvements, and related exterior home repairs.

Hire Navarro Brothers Roofing LLC - it s going to be the best decision you make! i had a small but very annoying roof-related water leak that kept showing up in my basement. for years, i dealt with different contractors and even some highly rated crews, but nobody could track down the real source or stop it for good. On the first visit, the team also had a hard time finding the exact problem, which can happen with tricky leak issues. What really made the difference was their commitment to come back out during rainy weather in New Egypt, when the leak was actively happening and easier to trace. They checked the roofing system carefully, followed the moisture path, and found the issue in a spot most people would never think to inspect. Once they located the source, they explained the repair in simple terms and handled the work with care. mike was professional, francis was thorough, and the whole process felt honest and focused on fixing the problem the right way. i am confident my basement would still be taking on water if they had not found that hidden leak. very happy with the service and the quality of the repair.
