The worst experience from beginning of the process to the end. The crew tore up landscaping and destroyed several plantings and shrubs. Incompetent operations. The is an unskilled operations manager who needs more training in dealing with the public and the interworking of his own company.

My meeting with the sales rep felt like a scam. He set up an appointment and told me he would come out and look at my roof for an estimate. Upon arrival, he insisted that I had to sign a form authorizing his company to seek payment from …

A sales rep was harassing folks in my neighborhood this weekend. We had to get the police out because he would not leave when repeatedly asked to and because he was becoming aggressive. Not a good look. (There should be enough damage from all the recent storms . . .y'all shouldn’t be that hard up for work!)

After the Nashville ice storm, I originally contacted another roofing company that basically put me on hold for 3 mths, so after being given the run around for such a long time, I contacted my best friend to find out who she used for her roof repairs. She recommended National Roofing Company and they immediately responded to me and then set me up with their rep, Chad Edwards. He immediately got in touch with me, and immediately (so refreshing) did an estimate, which I was able to send to my insurance company for approval. He then set an appointment to meet with me and check for a color match, and he has already scheduled a date for the repair job. He has been wonderful and very proactive from Day 1. I can't say enough about him, and I look forward to his company repairing my roof. And in the future, should anything else on my roof need to be repaired, I will be contacting Chad Edwards with National Roofing Company.

I’ve had work done by Chad Edwards on 2 separate occasions and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof or existing roof work. He’s incredibly detail oriented and even sought out my input to make sure the projects were progressing as I wanted them to. Chad is punctual, dependable and does solid work for a fair price.
