Absolute terrible service. Damaged $1000’s dollars in plants at my friends house and won’t take responsibility for it. I would not recommend this un ethical company.

Jason We met with Michelle when we removed the brush and she had said that no further action was required and she was extremely happy with the work. As she is my client we had closed the case.   Eric Maass President Murray Shaw Inc. 519-474-7500

Would not recommend this company. I requested a quote on attic insulation to be removed and then re installed. This company's website does not say anywhere that the only way they do attics is if they do the roof. Just an email back saying so. Sorry we do not do attic insulation unless we do the roof. Dawnna Circelli Administrative Assistant Murray Shaw Inc. I am not sure why they assumed I did or didn't need a new roof or that the attic insulation that they advertise for isn't worth their time to provide a quote to me. Very poor customer service provided just for a quote request. Not recommending this company in the slightest.

This is a well established company you can trust to complete a professional job. Great communication with the office and crew. They expedited communication with the insurance adjuster to make an easy process. I highly recommend them for all exterior home maintenance work.

In a very windy area, zero issues after four years, looks amazing. Had a minor issue and they dealt with it quickly and professionally. Waited some time to write this review as wanted to see how it held up. Glad we went with Murray Shaw, great experience and agree with other reviewers here.

Very happy with their service. They were on time for both the quote and the job. Gave them a deposit to order all the parts and material and the job was scheduled and completed less than a month later. Definitely recommend, and will do business again.

By far the best roofing company in London. We needed a whole roof replacement. From setting up the estimate to the final product, Murray Shaw was always responsive, on-time and most importantly, honest. Everything was clearly explained, every step of the process was detailed as to what they were going to install and how they install it. The warranty coverage and process was also very clearly explained which really gave us peace of mind for the after-install. The crew that came out was nothing short of amazing. They were always on-time, and made every effort to work around our daily schedule as we came in and out of our home. The kept us informed each day as to their progress and immediately brought any issues to our attention. The entire crew was very polite and personable, and they ensured that they left the jobsite clean and neat every single day. They worked through some very cold temperatures and snowy days, but never complained and always greeted us with a smile. Eric, the President of Murray Shaw, came out to the house several times to observe the progress and his professionalism was outstanding and obviously mirrored by his crew. We would be remiss if we didn't also mention the office staff at Murray Shaw. All our phone calls and questions were answered immediately and really made the whole process smooth. We would strongly recommend Murray Shaw Roofing to anyone, they are an outstanding company!
