  This company is not dependable. Called them to come and perform a roof repair. They stated they would arrive around 11:00am. The company did not show up, they stopped answering any calls as well. Poorly ran business.

  Our Initial visit occurred as scheduled on 23Aug for a basic estimate of replacement/repairs (roof, fence, siding, and leaking windows) after the storm in Durham. The husband/wife team was very pleasant and he seemed eager to do the work. He provided sample roofing materials and I was excited to work with them. After my claim was submitted, the insurance company requested an itemized estimate so a 2nd visit with Murcia's Roofing was scheduled for 08Sep. The team arrived, but was unable to inspect the roof that day due to rain, so a 3rd visit was scheduled for the following day. On 09Sep, the team was a no show, no call, and no text to cancel/reschedule my visit. So, I texted to ask when they could return and no response. I followed up on 12Sep and was told via text on 13Sep that they could return on Thurs., 14Sep. Again, no show and no call/text on 14Sep. I reached out on 15Sep and no response. I attempted again on 19Sep and noted in my text that I was reaching out one last time to see if they were available to come back and provide the itemized estimates. I have not received a response as of today, 21Sep. Now, I will need to start over and find another roofer & home improvement contractor. Total waste of 4 weeks! Follow-up: I received a text today, 22Sep2023 from Murcia's after seeing my review above, who apologized and requested the insurance quote for my roof after saying "there was no need for such comment" in reference to my review, but "we can still work with you". I responded that they "could use a bit of restraint on responses to potential clients and a class on professionalism". Murcia's response was "I do understand and I apologize". I had already called other contractors to help me, so I've moved on.

  Hired them for a small roof cleaning job; they did good work at a reasonable price and cleaned up nicely upon completion. They offered a better long term solution for me and I was so satisfied, I hired them again. Nice people too!

  Murcia's fixed our roof on very short notice, then did a full bathroom renovation because the leak had come through the ceiling. I have called them many times since for basically any problem needing a general contractor — especially the roof. They were excellent, responsive, well-priced, thorough, and they are lovely people. No short-cuts and easy to communicate with (mostly with Marisela via text). I highly recommend!

  I am thrilled with the repairs performed on my old shed. The roof was replaced and the shed was leveled. They even touched up the paint, and replaced boards on the door, which was more than I expected. I will hire this company again.

  If you're looking for an awesome company to work on your home, Murcia"s is it! Both management and the crew are very attentive, kind, polite, and very respectful of our pets, property and our needs. Their work is HIGH QUALITY, timely, and you can't beat the prices. They replaced the roof on our house and garage and it is beautiful! It's only been a few days and we've received several compliments. We have already scheduled more home improvements with them.

  I gave this company 5 stars. Because they earned it. They replaced 2 shingled roofs and installing new siding on my home. They are a well run and trustworthy. The prices are responsible.   Murcia's have done several projects at my home, including a new roof. Every detail was performed to the highest level of excellence. The project took a few days, and they cleaned the property each time they left. I will call on them for all future home improvements.

  Murcia”s did a beautiful job replacing shingles and a loose piece of trim on my roof on a very awkward and steep angle. I was very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them for their craftsmanship, price and professionalism.
