  My experience with Multi Pro Roofing has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Their project manager, Shaun H., came to my home on 8/27/25 to look at my roof and check for any underlying issues related to age — things I might not be able to see myself. I had walked the roof personally before his visit and saw no damage at all. The roof was simply old, not damaged. After Shaun went up there, the condition of the roof looked noticeably worse. Shingles were pulled up in numerous places that were absolutely not like that before his visit. After that appointment, Shaun stopped communicating with me for a couple of weeks. Eventually, another project manager, Michael, was assigned. I told him I was no longer interested in working with the company, but he convinced me to give them another chance since Shaun was no longer there. Michael scheduled an 8 AM appointment for 10/23/25 and then didn’t show up or call. I texted him telling him not to come and that I was done. He showed up anyway and asked for another chance. Against my better judgment, I agreed. He promised to send me an estimate right away. Two more weeks passed with no estimate and no communication. I then called their office and spoke with a male receptionist who acted completely uninterested in my concerns. He said he would contact the owner, Patrick O’Dell Steele, and told me Patrick was on a job site but would call me by the end of the day. That call never came. At this point, three individuals — Shaun, Michael, and Patrick — failed to follow through, communicate, or take responsibility. Please click on my name and look at my other reviews. I am not someone who hands out negative reviews lightly. I’m easy to work with, and I gave this company three opportunities to make things right. Because the roof is now in worse condition heading into Arizona’s monsoon season — which officially runs June 15 through September 30 — I am extremely concerned about wind and water intrusion.   Came to my door uninvited to tell me my roof looked poor from the street and to offer me a new one. I asked them to leave and they followed up with an unsolicited email. I did not give them my contact info and did not appreciate the aggressive and rude sales invite. If I wanted a roof inspection I would have called them. I would strongly avoid doing business with businesses trying to talk others into a 'free' roof and knocking on doors. I would not have posted this review but the email after was too much. Respect no.

  A representative from this company (Jack ) came to my house and despite my do not disturb sign rang my bell three times eventually waking me up. When I asked this guy if he was soliciting something he started talking over me and trying to give his sales pitch. I interrupted him and referenced my sign and the had the nerve to just keep talking over me as if I hadn't said anything. SUPER unprofessional. I will never use this company.

  The most dishonest and unprofessional company... Don't even think about working with them. They ruined our roof, we had to hire experts to file a complaint. They are thieves. We had to rip out everything they did and redo the entire roof, it cost us double. Do yourselves a huge favor.. run a way.

  Rod, We filed a lien for non-payment in July just like the other 11 subcontractors on this project per a news article on channel 12. Now that we are filing suit to enforce our lien, you decide to resort to social media to try and slander our company 6 months later.   Andrew was awesome to work with. He showed up on time and was very communicative during the process. He handled all the insurance work, and got my roof done quickly and efficiently. The crew had my roof totally replaced in 6 hours, start to finish.

  I recommend Multipro they did a fantastic Job. They took care of everything, calling claims, meeting with the insurance people. You can't go wrong with these guys they will take care of you. Roof looks amazing..

  Would completely recommend Multi-Pro Roof Solutions! Very professional, understanding and kind. The clean up after the job was done was amazing. Don’t worry about what the mess looks like during the roofing process. When they leave, you’ll never know they were there. Took our solar panels off and put them back in without a hitch! Solar off in one day, roof completely done in one day and solar out back on in one day. There was nothing long and drawn out about the process. They worked great with our insurance company. If you need a new roof, you need to use these guys!!!

  We are very pleased with the work performed and the outcome of the project. We had a project manager by the name of Michael De Angelis who made sure everything was on track and stayed in contact with his crew and us as the homeowner. They are very professional and addiment about cleaning up afterwords. I strongly recommend this company.
