This company needs more responsible drivers. An unsecured metal ladder fell off the truck on the highway. I had to slam on my brakes with cars behind me to prevent hitting the driver and ladder that was in the MIDDLE of the highway. Very unsafe.

Not very happy with them. My roof on my house cost me about $10,000.00. Their guys left my place in a mess. Garbage and roofing nails everywhere . Supervisor on my job a joke and cut corners . I guess he was fired as I was told. Bad singles was put on my roof as another roofer came by and took pictures of them.Owens Corning is the brand name. . I filed a claim and nothing has been done. I can't get the roofer to come back to replaced the bad plywood on the front of house and garage. They was suppose to replaced all bad plywood and of course they didn't. I keep calling them and they won't even answer the phone. They replaced the bad plywood around the electrical main but not the boot. It's needs to be replaced or water will get in and rot the plywood. I got a roofing nail in my driveway on my brand new enclosed trailer. I was pissed but they took care of that problem. So now I am stuck in trying to get my roof right. They got my money and the job is not completed. The roofing company sent a man out to get a couple of samples for Owens Corning to examine but he replaced all the bad singles . Owens Corning has not received these bad singles as of yet. I did informed both Owens Corning and Muehlbach Roofing Company to get this issue solved or I will be force to hire a lawyer to get results. I just had DRX Roofing replaced the roof on my shop behind house and they will be here Monday to replaced all the hail damage siding gutters and downspouts. Excellent communication and work done by these guys. I made a very poor decision to go with Muehleback Roofing. Now I know they will not stand behind their work and Owens Corning Singles will not stand behind their product. John and his team have done several roofs for me over the years and have always been excellent. Recently we had a small leak around our chimney. He investigated and sealed up everything the best he could and said there would be no charge! I would recommend them to anyone from leaks to full replacements.

We had work done on our Chimney last fall and a piece of the siding fell off earlier this week (I assume due to wind). I called John in the morning and by the time I got home from work he had been there to fix it. I highly recommend John Muehlebach Roofing and I won't go to anyone else!

So, I've dealt with this company twice now. The first time was when we had just closed on our house here and entered it that same week to find a big leak in the upstairs bedroom. Supposedly that leak had been repaired but we found out that it had not. Oh well, too late at that point. We called every roofing place we could find for an emergency patch. This was the only company that answered on a Sunday and they came over within the hour! The patch they did held up for the next few months just fine. No complaints. Good price, quick service, very nice guys. At that time the guy looked at our roof and told us that it didn't have a whole lot of life left on it. Boy was he right. So, unfortunately, a few months later we had some heavy winds here and our neighbor came to us the next day with a handful of shingle pieces, obviously fallen from our roof and scattered throughout her yard. The upstairs had started leaking too. We called these guys again and they came out to do a quick patch on the leaking portion and give us a quote on a re-roofing. They told us the quote and the guy said he'd send it to us officially in the mail so that we could think about it and sign off on it if we wanted to do it. It was a pretty comfortable method since it gave us a little time to make a firm decision about it. In the meantime, we actually also called ProMax out to get a quote from them. They were over double the estimate Muehlebach did though and was way, way out of budget then! No good for us. But, so, we got the quote in the mail pretty promptly. We signed it, mailed it back, and they contact us to schedule a day and time. And, boy, those guys WORK HARD! They were suppose to come by on a Thursday at something like 8AM. They were here at 7:50AM and as soon as they arrived they got right to it with the job. They worked solidly, never bothered us, and cleaned up very well in the end. I guess they had to ask our neighbors to move their vehicle in case debris fell and they did that on
