Had an excellent experience with MTO Roofing! Carlos was committed to helping from the moment I called and promptly scheduled a time to come out and assess my gutters & bay window. He was able to pick up materials that same day and complete the work! Very impressed with the level of service provided and highly recommend for anyone looking for quality work which is hard to find these days!!

Carlos and his team did a great job. Very professional and responsive. He sent pictures of their progress which I appreciated since I wasn't there in person during the work. They stayed until after dark cleaning up the yard. I had a follow up question once they were done and they came back within a few days to address it. Highly recommend this team.

I've always been very skeptical of roofing guys stopping by an wanting to check your roof for hail damage etc and promising a free roof. I was sure it was a scam. We needed a house roof badly so decided to let Jeff see what he could do for us. He explained to me clearly how the process worked. He worked out all the details with our insurance company etc.. The crew Jeff has is amazing as well! The guys worked hard an did amazing work! We give Jeff an his crew 5 stars! Would recommend!

We had an outstanding experience working with Jeff and Carlos on our roof replacement. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to guide us through the complicated insurance claim process. They invested a tremendous amount of time taking detailed photos, preparing the documentation, submitting the claim, and consistently following up with State Farm for nearly half a year. Their persistence and dedication to advocating for us truly made a difference. They even recommended and helped us connect with a very effective public adjuster to ensure our case was handled properly. Once the adjuster became involved, State Farm decided to re-audit the claim, and instead of the partial repair that was initially offered, they ultimately approved a full roof replacement plus some other repairs. That outcome would not have happened without Jeff and Carlos fighting for us every step of the way. After approval, Carlos scheduled the installation and his crew was incredibly efficient and professional. They replaced the entire roof as well as other structures in record time. With winter right around the corner, we especially appreciated how quickly and carefully they completed the work. The whole team demonstrated professionalism, persistence, and genuine care for their customers. We are extremely grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to any homeowner dealing with roof damage or an insurance claim.

Amazing customer service and great attention to detail. MTO takes away the stress of having to go back and forth with the insurance company. They are very knowledgeable on what needs to be done to make sure the customer is satisfied and they help to eliminate the stress that comes with having any new home repairs. My husband and I both were very satisfied with the exceptional customer service that we received and we were beyond pleased with the results of our new roof. The materials that MTO used were top quality and they walked us through step by step and explained the product materials , the differences in quality, and the performance reliability in the products they use. We highly recommend MTO Roofing for their top notch customer service and for their exceptional work ethic of putting the customer first and foremost by keeping them informed throughout the entire home renovation process. Great job and outstanding customer service MTO Roofing!! - The Reid Family

We had Jeff Young man from MTO Roofing, the project consultant to give us a free roof inspection. We did not think it needed to be replaced but it was damaged from a hail storm. My wife and I talked about this and decided to move forward. Jeff made the process very easy. He inspected the roof took pictures and had worked with our home insurance company. The crew came and had the job completed in one day. Our roof looks good as new. All it costed us was our home owners insurance deductible. I would be more than happy to use MTO Roofing again in the future.

We had a very positive experience with MTO!!! Jeff, Carlos and their installation crew were professional in every way! They were dependable, punctual, and consistently in communication with us, before, during, and after our roof replacement, and they did a beautiful job!!! Our roof is quite high, large, and has steep contours, so the job was exceptionally challenging and dangerous. Thankfully, the installers were well secured, and implemented safety measures at all times, which gave us peace of mind! If it wasn’t for Jeff’s dogged determination and communication with our insurance company over the course of a year, we wouldn’t have had the opportunity to receive the much needed replacement of our old, worn roof!!! Our new roof is absolutely beautiful, and we’ve received many compliments! The compliments however, also go to the MTO team, whom we HIGHLY recommend! The entire team - Carlos, Jeff, and their installation crew, couldn’t have been nicer!!! Thanks so much, MTO - it was a pleasure to work with you!!! All the best to you - Anne & Jerry Warren
